Claims (8)
- 使い捨て可撓性シース、再利用可能な内視鏡本体、及び使い捨て滅菌ジャケットを有し、
前記内視鏡本体は、前記可撓性シースの内視鏡差し込み部から前記可撓性シースに差し込むことができ、
前記滅菌ジャケットは、前記内視鏡差し込み部の入口に設けられ、前記可撓性シースに差し込んだ内視鏡本体を外部から隔離し、
前記可撓性シースの前端近傍に光源部を有し、
前記内視鏡本体は、導電部を有し、その後端が前記導電部に導通される電源線に接続され、
前記内視鏡本体を前記可撓性シースに差し込んだ後、前記導電部が前記光源部の光源導線に直接的又は間接的に導通され、前記光源部に電力を供給するものであり、
前記可撓性シースは、マルチルーメンチューブを有し、
前記マルチルーメンチューブは、内視鏡可撓管を受容するための可撓管通路を有し、
前記可撓管通路は、前記内視鏡差し込み部内の通路に直接的又は間接的に連通され、
前記光源導線は、光源導線通路に穿設され、
前記光源導線通路は、前記マルチルーメンチューブの中に設けられて前記可撓管通路から隔離されるか、又は前記マルチルーメンチューブの外に設けられることを特徴とする、内視鏡装置。 - 前記内視鏡本体は、内視鏡把手、前記内視鏡把手に接続される内視鏡可撓管、及び前記内視鏡可撓管の前端に設けられる画像取得密封構造を有し、
前記導電部は、前記内視鏡把手に設けられることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記画像取得密封構造は、一緒に密封される画像取得部及び回路基板を有し、
前記回路基板は、前記電源線に直接的又は間接的に接続され、
前記画像取得部は、前記回路基板に接続されることを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記可撓性シースは、本体部、シース可撓管、及び挿入部を有し、
前記本体部は、前記シース可撓管の後端に接続され、
前記挿入部は、前記シース可撓管の前端に設けられ、
前記内視鏡差し込み部は、前記本体部に設けられ、
前記シース可撓管及び前記挿入部に内視鏡可撓管を受容するための可撓管通路が形成され、
前記可撓管通路は、前記内視鏡差し込み部内の通路に直接的又は間接的に連通されることを特徴とする、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記マルチルーメンチューブは、デバイスチューブ通路をさらに有し、
前記デバイスチューブ通路は、前記可撓管通路から隔離され、
前記デバイスチューブ通路及び前記可撓管通路は、8の字で配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項4に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記可撓性シースは、デバイスチューブを差し込むためのデバイスチューブ差し込み部をさらに有し、
前記デバイスチューブ通路は、前記デバイスチューブ差し込み部内の通路に直接的又は間接的に連通されることを特徴とする、
請求項5に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記可撓性シースは、送気送水バルブ、湾曲制御部、及びロック部からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を有し、
前記湾曲制御部は、シース可撓管の湾曲を制御するために用いられ、
前記ロック部は、前記内視鏡本体及び前記可撓性シースをロックするために用いられることを特徴とする、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記滅菌ジャケットは、接続部、折り畳み防菌カバー、及び圧縮ボックスを有し、
前記折り畳み防菌カバーは、その一端が前記接続部の後端に接続され、もう一端が前記圧縮ボックスに接続され、
前記圧縮ボックスは、前記折り畳み防菌カバーの後端に設けられ、
前記折り畳み防菌カバーは、前記圧縮ボックスに折り畳むことができ、それを伸ばすと前記可撓性シースに差し込んだ内視鏡本体の後端を隔離できることを特徴とする、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡装置。
