Description
Claims (8)
- 低熱膨張係数を有するガラス組成物であって、
前記ガラス組成物の総重量において55~66wt%を占める二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)を含む、基材と、
前記ガラス組成物の総重量において10~20wt%を占める酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)を含み、前記ガラス組成物の構造性強度を高めるための補強材と、
前記ガラス組成物の耐水性を高めるための、前記ガラス組成物の総重量に対して、0.1~0.5wt%の酸化カルシウム(CaO)と、
前記ガラス組成物の総重量において、3~12wt%を占める酸化マグネシウム(MgO)と、0.01~7wt%を占める酸化亜鉛(ZnO)と、0.01~6wt%を占める酸化チタン(TiO2)とを含み、前記ガラス組成物の粘度温度を低減できる、フラクシング材と、
前記ガラス組成物の総重量に対して、0より大きく15wt%以下の酸化ホウ素(B 2 O 3 )と、を含み、
前記酸化亜鉛(ZnO)及び前記酸化チタン(TiO2)は、前記ガラス組成物の熱膨張係数を低減することができ、
前記ガラス組成物の熱膨張係数は、2.5ppm/℃未満である、ガラス組成物。 - 前記ガラス組成物の誘電損失を低減するために、前記ガラス組成物の総重量に対して、0より大きく2wt%以下の少なくとも一種のアルカリ金属酸化物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のガラス組成物。
- 前記アルカリ金属酸化物は、酸化ナトリウム(Na2O)、酸化カリウム(K2O)および/または酸化リチウム(Li2O)を含む、請求項2に記載のガラス組成物。
- 酸化鉄(Fe2O3)を含む不純物材料をさらに含有する、請求項1に記載のガラス組成物。
- 前記酸化鉄(Fe2O3)の含有量は、前記ガラス組成物の総重量に対して、0.05~0.2wt%となる、請求項4に記載のガラス組成物。
- 前記酸化マグネシウムの含有量は、前記ガラス組成物の総重量に対して、4~9wt%となる、請求項1に記載のガラス組成物。
- 低熱膨張係数を有するガラス組成物であって、
前記ガラス組成物の総重量において55~66wt%を占める二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)を含む、基材と、
前記ガラス組成物の総重量において10~20wt%を占める酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)を含み、前記ガラス組成物の構造性強度を高めるための補強材と、
前記ガラス組成物の耐水性を高めるための、前記ガラス組成物の総重量に対して、0.1~0.5wt%の酸化カルシウム(CaO)と、
前記ガラス組成物の総重量において、4~9wt%を占める酸化マグネシウム(MgO)と、0.01~7wt%を占める酸化亜鉛(ZnO)と、0.01~6wt%を占める酸化チタン(TiO2)とを含み、前記ガラス組成物の粘度温度を低減できる、フラクシング材と、を含み、
前記酸化亜鉛(ZnO)及び前記酸化チタン(TiO2)は、前記ガラス組成物の熱膨張係数を低減することができ、
前記ガラス組成物の熱膨張係数は、2.5ppm/℃未満である、ガラス組成物。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のガラス組成物で製作される、ガラス繊維。
