Each step will be described in detail below.
(1) Step of Preparing Light Emitting Elements A plurality of
Such a
(2) Step of Preparing First Wavelength Conversion Member As shown in FIG. 2B, a sheet-like first
The cured first
(3) Step of Arranging Second Wavelength Conversion Material on First Wavelength Conversion Member The second
When the mixed liquid contains a solvent, it can be made into a semi-cured state by evaporating (volatilizing) the solvent. The temperature for evaporating the solvent is normal temperature or higher, preferably about 50°C to 100°C, more preferably about 60°C to 80°C. A semi-cured state can be obtained by heating to such a temperature. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2C, a laminate is obtained in which the semi-cured second
(4) Step of Placing Light Emitting Element on Second Wavelength Conversion Material Next, as shown in FIG. 2D, the
(5) Step of Applying Load to Light Emitting Element Next, as shown in FIG. 2E , a pressing
(6) Step of Curing the Second Wavelength Conversion Material to Make the Second Wavelength Conversion Member Next, the second
<Embodiment 2>
A
In the method for manufacturing the light-emitting
Next, as shown in FIG. 4A, the first

<Embodiment 3>
A
The

(light emitting module)
A light-emitting device obtained by the manufacturing method according to each embodiment can be used as a light source for a light-emitting module. 7A and 7B show an example of a light emitting module using the
The
Part of the light emitted from the
The first
Such a light-emitting
The second
An example of a method for manufacturing such a light-emitting
(1) A step of preparing a light-emitting device (2) A step of preparing a light guide plate having a first main surface serving as a light extraction surface and a second main surface opposite to the first main surface and having a plurality of recesses. (3) Arranging the translucent member and the light emitting device in the recess (4) Arranging the covering member for covering the light emitting device and the second main surface (5) Arranging the wiring layer
8A and 8B are another example of a light emitting module. Here also, an example using the
The
As with the light-emitting
In the
The plurality of light emitting
Thus, in the case of a light-emitting module capable of local dimming, it is preferable to prevent light from propagating to adjacent light-emitting regions. 200 A of light emitting modules are provided with the

The base material and phosphor contained in the first wavelength conversion member and the second wavelength conversion member may be the same or different.
The light-transmitting material has a light-transmitting property that allows at least light from the light-emitting element to pass therethrough, and transmits 60% or more, preferably 90% or more of the light emitted from the light-emitting element. One wavelength conversion member can contain one type or a plurality of types of phosphors. A plurality of kinds of phosphors may be mixed and used, or may be laminated and used. For example, a light-emitting element that emits bluish light may be used, and a β-sialon phosphor that emits greenish light and a fluoride-based phosphor such as a KSF phosphor that emits reddish light may be included as phosphors. . By using such two types of phosphors, the color reproduction range of the light-emitting module can be widened. Also, the phosphor may be a quantum dot.
The phosphor may be arranged in any way inside the wavelength conversion member. For example, the phosphor may be distributed substantially uniformly inside the wavelength conversion member, or may be unevenly distributed.
The wavelength conversion member may contain a light diffusing substance. Examples of the light diffusing substance include fine particles such as SiO 2 , TiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 and ZnO.
The thickness of the first wavelength conversion member can be 5 μm to 200 μm. Moreover, the thickness of the second wavelength conversion member can be the same as the thickness of the semiconductor laminate. Moreover, the thickness of the second wavelength conversion member can be made thicker than the thickness of the semiconductor laminate.
The thickness of the second wavelength conversion member can be the same thickness as the semiconductor laminate. Moreover, the thickness of the second wavelength conversion member can be made thicker than the thickness of the semiconductor laminate. In this case, the side surface and the second surface of the semiconductor laminate are covered with the second wavelength conversion member.
Alternatively, the thickness of the second wavelength conversion member can be made thinner than the thickness of the semiconductor laminate. In that case, part of the side surface and the second surface of the semiconductor laminate are exposed from the second wavelength conversion member. And when a light-emitting device is provided with a 2nd light control member, the side surface and the 2nd surface of a semiconductor laminated body can be coat|covered with a 2nd light control member. That is, since the thickness of the second light control member can be increased, leakage of light from the lower surface side of the light emitting device can be reduced.
