Description
本出願は、2018年10月5日付韓国特許出願第10-2018-0118868号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
図6は、本発明の一実施形態による二次電池においてカンの温度解析を示した図である。
図7は、比較例である従来技術の二次電池においてカンの温度解析を示した図である。
初期温度を50℃に設定して温度解析を図6(b)及び図7(b)に示した。
Claims (17)
- 第1電極、分離膜、第2電極が交互に積層され巻き取られた電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を内部に収容する収容部が形成されたカンであって、互いに向かい合う方向に開口された円筒状に形成される第1カン及び第2カンを含むカンと、
前記第1カンと前記第2カンとの間の重畳部分を絶縁する絶縁体と、
を含み、
前記第1カンは前記第1電極の端部と直接接触されて第1電極端子を形成し、前記第2カンは前記第2電極の端部と直接接触されて第2電極端子を形成し、前記第1カンと前記第2カンとの間に重畳される区間の長さは、前記第1カン及び前記第2カンの直径よりさらに長い、二次電池。 - 前記絶縁体は絶縁性高分子を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1カン及び前記第2カンは互いに対応する形態に形成される、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1カン及び前記第2カンは円筒状に形成され、
前記第1カンの内周面は、前記第2カンの外周面より大きく形成され、前記第2カンが前記第1カンに挿入される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁体は、前記第2カンの外周面にチュービング(Tubing)、ラッピング(Wrapping)又はコーティング(Coating)のうち何れか一つの形態で備えられる、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 第1電極、分離膜、第2電極が交互に積層され巻き取られた電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を内部に収容する収容部が形成されたカンであって、互いに向かい合う方向に開口された円筒状に形成される第1カン及び第2カンを含むカンと、
前記第1カンと前記第2カンとの間の重畳部分を絶縁する絶縁体と、
を含み、
前記第1カンは前記第1電極の端部と直接接触されて第1電極端子を形成し、前記第2カンは前記第2電極の端部と直接接触されて第2電極端子を形成し、前記絶縁体は、前記第2カンの外周面にチュービング(Tubing)、ラッピング(Wrapping)又はコーティング(Coating)のうち何れか一つの形態で備えられる、二次電池。 - 前記第1カン及び前記第2カンは互いに強引に嵌合して結合された、請求項5または6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1カンは、他側部に他側方向に開口された第1開口部が形成され、一側部に一側方向に閉鎖された第1接続部が形成され、
前記第2カンは、一側部に一側方向に開口された第2開口部が形成され、他側部に他側方向に閉鎖された第2接続部が形成され、
前記第1電極の一側端部は前記第1接続部に直接接続され、前記第2電極の他側端部は前記第2接続部に直接接続される、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1カンはアルミニウムを含んで形成され、
前記第2カンはスチール(Steel)を含んで形成される、請求項4から8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1電極は正極からなり、前記第2電極は負極からなる、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1カンはスチール(Steel)を含んで形成され、
前記第2カンはアルミニウムを含んで形成される、請求項4から8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1電極は負極からなり、前記第2電極は正極からなる、請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体の長さ方向の長さは、前記第2カンの長さ方向の長さよりさらに長い、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1カンの長さは、前記第2カンの長さの70%以上に形成される、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1カンと前記第2カンとの間の重畳される区間の長さは、カン全体長さの70%以上100%未満に形成される、請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 第1電極、分離膜、第2電極が交互に積層され巻き取られた電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を内部に収容する収容部が形成されたカンであって、互いに向かい合う方向に開口された円筒状に形成される第1カン及び第2カンを含むカンと、
前記第1カンと前記第2カンとの間の重畳部分を絶縁する絶縁体と、
を含み、
前記第1カンは前記第1電極の端部と直接接触されて第1電極端子を形成し、前記第2カンは前記第2電極の端部と直接接触されて第2電極端子を形成し、
前記第1カン及び前記第2カンは円筒状に形成され、
前記第1カンの内周面は、前記第2カンの外周面より大きく形成され、前記第2カンが前記第1カンに挿入され、
前記第1カンと前記第2カンとの間の重畳される区間の長さは、カン全体長さの70%以上100%未満に形成される、二次電池。 - 前記第1カンと前記第2カンの長さ方向の長さは、それぞれ100mm~250mmの範囲を有し、
前記第1カンと前記第2カンが結合された前記カンの長さ方向の長さも100mm~250mmの範囲を有し、
前記第1カンと前記第2カンの直径は、それぞれ40mm~60mmの範囲を有する、請求項15または16に記載の二次電池。
