Claims (7)
- 正極、分離膜、負極が交互に積層された電極組立体;及び
前記電極組立体を収容する缶を含み、
前記負極は、負極活物質がコーティングされない負極無地部が、前記電極組立体の巻取中心軸方向を基準に、前記分離膜よりさらに突出されるように一側方向の端部に位置し、
前記正極は、正極活物質がコーティングされない正極無地部が、前記電極組立体の巻取中心軸方向を基準に、前記分離膜よりさらに突出されるように他側方向の端部に位置し、
前記缶は第1缶及び第2缶を含み、
前記負極無地部は前記第1缶の内面に直接接触し、前記正極無地部は前記第2缶の内面に直接接触し、
前記電極組立体の巻取中心部に位置されるセンターピンをさらに含み、
前記電極組立体は、前記センターピンを取り囲んで巻き取られ、
前記センターピンの一側部が前記第1缶の内面に面接触し、前記センターピンの他側部が前記第2缶の内面に面接触し、
前記電極組立体は、前記センターピンにテープで固定されたまま巻き取られ、
前記電極組立体の巻取中心軸方向における前記センターピンの長さは、前記負極無地部の一側端部から前記正極無地部の他側端部までの長さと同一に形成され、
前記第1缶は、スチールからなり、前記第2缶は、アルミニウムからなる、二次電池。 - 前記負極無地部は、巻取方向に沿って前記負極の一側端部の全体に形成されており、
前記正極無地部は、巻取方向に沿って前記正極の他側端部の全体に形成されている、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記正極、前記分離膜、前記負極は、前記センターピンの外周面に巻き取られ、
前記電極組立体の巻取中心軸に対して垂直である前記電極組立体の厚さ方向にそれぞれ多数の重なり(Layer)を形成する、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記センターピンは、絶縁材質を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記センターピンは、円筒状の形態で備えられる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体の巻取中心軸方向における前記分離膜の長さは、
前記センターピンの長さと同一に形成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体の巻取中心軸方向における前記分離膜の長さは、
前記負極無地部の一側端部から前記正極無地部の他側端部までの長さより短く形成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
