Claims (11)
- 導電性固形物および媒体を含む導電性インク組成物であって、前記導電性固形物が、導電性コーティングでコーティングされたガラスフレークを含み、
前記ガラスフレークの、平均厚で除した平均直径のアスペクト比が3以上であり、
前記ガラスフレークが、50μm~150μmの平均直径を有し、
前記ガラスフレークが、0.1μm~8μmの範囲の平均厚を有し、
前記導電性インク組成物が、グラファイト、グラフェン、カーボンナノ粒子を含む群から選択される第2の導電性粒子材料を含み、かつ、
前記導電性インク組成物が、15重量%以下の重量パーセントの、導電性コーティングでコーティングされたガラスフレークを含む、
導電性インク組成物。 - 前記媒体の沸騰温度または昇華温度が10°Cより高く、前記媒体の融点が55°C未満である、請求項1に記載の導電性インク組成物。
- 前記媒体が、水または有機溶媒を含む、請求項1または2に記載の導電性インク組成物。
- 媒体が、DCM、クロロホルム、トルエン、ベンゼン、エーテル、アルコールを含む群から選択される有機溶媒を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の導電性インク組成物。
- 前記導電性コーティングが、銀、ニッケル、金、金属ナノ粒子、酸化インジウムスズ、フッ素ドープ酸化スズを含む群から選択される導体を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の導電性インク組成物。
- 前記導電性インク組成物が、10重量%以下の重量パーセントの、導電性コーティングでコーティングされたガラスフレークを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の導電性インク組成物。
- 前記導電性インク組成物が、5重量%以下の重量パーセントの、導電性コーティングでコーティングされたガラスフレークを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の導電性インク組成物。
- 基材及びマークを含む印刷物であって、前記マークが、導電性固形物を含み、前記導電性固形物が、導電性コーティングが施されたガラスフレークを含み、
前記ガラスフレークの、平均厚で除した平均直径のアスペクト比が3以上であり、
前記ガラスフレークが、50μm~150μmの平均直径を有し、
前記ガラスフレークが、0.1μm~8μmの範囲の平均厚を有し、
前記マークが、グラファイト、グラフェン、カーボンナノ粒子を含む群から選択される第2の導電性粒子材料を含む、
印刷物。 - 前記マークが、導電性トラックである、請求項9に記載の印刷物。
- 導電性インク組成物を製造するプロセスであって、前記プロセスが、
a.媒体を提供する工程と、
b.導電性固形物を提供する工程と、
c.前記導電性固形物を前記媒体に分散させて、導電性インク組成物を提供する工程と、を含み、
前記導電性固形物が、導電性コーティングでコーティングされたガラスフレークを含み、ここで、
前記ガラスフレークの、平均厚で除した平均直径のアスペクト比が3以上であり、
前記ガラスフレークが、50μm~150μmの平均直径を有し、
前記ガラスフレークが、0.1μm~8μmの範囲の平均厚を有し、
前記マークが、グラファイト、グラフェン、カーボンナノ粒子を含む群から選択される第2の導電性粒子材料を含み、かつ、
