Description
(熱処理工程~酸浸出工程)
リチウムイオン二次電池の廃棄物(電池の廃棄物)から回収した電池滓14.5gに硫酸(濃度2mol/l)100ml及び過酸化水素水(濃度30質量%)5mlを添加して浸出液を生成した。この浸出液を60℃で3時間攪拌した。その後、この浸出液を室温まで放冷した。
酸浸出工程における放冷後の浸出液に水酸化カルシウム水溶液を添加して第1処理物を生成した。水酸化カルシウム水溶液の添加は、第1処理物のpHが10.0以上になるまで行った。
第1添加工程の第1処理物を濾過して第1処理濾液と第1処理残渣とに分離した。
第1添加後濾過工程の第1処理残渣を水酸化カルシウム水溶液(濃度0.01mol/l、pH12)100mlにより室温下で1時間のケーキ洗浄を実施した。これにより、この第1処理残渣と水酸化カルシウム水溶液との混合物である洗浄スラリーを得た。
洗浄工程の洗浄スラリーを濾過して洗浄濾液と洗浄残渣とに分離した。
洗浄工程において、水酸化カルシウム水溶液(濃度0.01mol/l、pH12)100mlにより室温下、1時間のリパルプ洗浄を3回実施した以外は、試験例1と同様に各工程を実施した。第2Li回収率は洗浄1回では79.3%、2回では87.6%、3回では90.2%であった。表1に、各液の組成分析の結果とLi回収率を示す。
Claims (3)
- Li分を含む電池滓に酸を添加して浸出液を生成する酸浸出工程と、
Ca分を含む第1添加剤を前記浸出液に添加することにより、前記浸出液を中和して第1処理物を生成する第1添加工程と、
前記第1処理物を濾過して第1処理濾液と第1処理残渣とに分離する第1添加後濾過工程と、
炭酸ナトリウム又は/及び炭酸ナトリウム水和物を含む第2添加剤を前記第1処理濾液に添加して第2処理物を生成する第2添加工程と、
前記第2処理物を濾過してLi分及びNa分を含む第2処理濾液とCa分を含む第2処理残渣とに分離する第2添加後濾過工程と、
前記第2処理濾液を加熱する加熱工程と、
加熱された前記第2処理濾液に炭酸ガスを吹き込むか、あるいは炭酸塩を添加して第3処理物を生成する炭酸化工程と、
前記第3処理物を濾過してNa分を含む第3処理濾液とLi分を含む第3処理残渣とに分離する炭酸化後濾過工程とを有することを特徴とするLiの回収方法。 - Ca分を含む洗浄液により前記第1処理残渣を洗浄する洗浄工程と、
前記洗浄液と前記第1処理残渣との混合物を濾過して洗浄濾液と洗浄残渣とに分離する洗浄後濾過工程とを有し、
前記第2添加工程においては、前記第1処理濾液と前記洗浄濾液との混合液に前記第2添加剤を添加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLiの回収方法。 - Li分を含む電池滓に酸を添加して浸出液を生成する酸浸出装置と、
Ca分を含む第1添加剤を前記浸出液に添加することにより、前記浸出液を中和して第1処理物を生成する第1添加装置と、
前記第1処理物を濾過して第1処理濾液と第1処理残渣とに分離する第1添加後濾過装置と、
炭酸ナトリウム又は/及び炭酸ナトリウム水和物を含む第2添加剤を前記第1処理濾液に添加して第2処理物を生成する第2添加装置と、
前記第2処理物を濾過してLi分及びNa分を含む第2処理濾液とCa分を含む第2処理残渣とに分離する第2添加後濾過装置と、
前記第2処理濾液を加熱する加熱装置と、
加熱された前記第2処理濾液に炭酸ガスを吹き込むか、あるいは炭酸塩を添加して第3処理物を生成する炭酸化装置と、
前記第3処理物を濾過してNa分を含む第3処理濾液とLi分を含む第3処理残渣とに分離する炭酸化後濾過工程とを備えることを特徴とするLiの回収装置。
