Description
機構部の間に確実に取り付け、取り付けられたスピンドル駆動装置の長さを変化させて、これらの上位機構部を所定の回転軸周りに回転させるために、第一連結ユニットをスピンドルに対して回転可能に取り付け、さらに/または第二連結ユニットをスピンドルナットに対して回転可能に取り付けてもよい。駆動ユニットにより、本願発明に含まれるスピンドルとスピンドルナットのどちらかが回転するかによって、駆動されない部品が対応する連結ユニットに動かないように連結される。第一および第二連結ユニットの両方を回転可能にスピンドル駆動に配置してもよいのは明らかである。

Claims (13)
- スピンドル駆動装置(10)であって、
外周ねじ部を有し、前記スピンドル駆動装置(10)を一方の上位機構部すなわち前記スピンドル駆動装置(10)に属さない機構部に連結する第一連結ユニット(14)と連結したスピンドル(12)と、
前記スピンドル(12)の前記外周ねじ部と螺合し、前記スピンドル駆動装置(10)を他方の上位機構部すなわち前記スピンドル駆動装置(10)に属さない機構部と連結する第二連結ユニット(18)と連結したスピンドルナット(16)と、
前記スピンドル(12)または前記スピンドルナット(16)を駆動する駆動ユニット(22)、前記駆動ユニット(22)の出力シャフト(24)および内部に駆動機構部(20)が入っている駆動機構部筺体(30)を有する駆動機構部(20)と、
前記スピンドル(12)または前記スピンドルナット(16)を前記駆動機構部筺体に対して回転可能に支持するボール軸受けである少なくとも一つの軸受部(34、64)と、
前記第一連結ユニット(14)を前記スピンドル(12)に連結させ、または前記第二連結ユニット(18)を前記スピンドルナット(16)に連結させ、これら1対の連結されるエレメントが少なくとも前記スピンドル(12)の軸方向において互いに変位しないようにする結合エレメント(36)と、を含み、
前記結合エレメント(36)は前記軸受部(34)の外側の軸受リングと係合し、同軸受リングを締め付けることによってカラー部またはベース部(38)に連結させ、前記結合エレメント(36)はこの連結のためその長手方向の両端に端部(40、42)を有し、これらの端部(40、42)は半径方向内側に向かって変形しており、
一方の前記上位機構部から他方の前記上位機構部へ前記スピンドル駆動装置(10)を介して伝達される引張力又は圧縮力を前記駆動機構部筺体(30)は受けないスピンドル駆動装置(10)。 - 前記結合エレメント(36)は前記第一連結ユニット(14)または前記第二連結ユニット(18)を前記少なくとも一つの軸受部(34)と連結させ、前記軸受部(34)は前記スピンドル(12)または前記スピンドルナット(16)と軸方向で変位不能になるように連結した請求項1に記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記結合エレメント(36)の内部に収容された部品を軸方向に固定する、少なくとも一つの内側に突設された突起(40、42)を、前記結合エレメント(36)が有する請求項1または2に記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記結合エレメント(36)の内部に収容された部品を軸方向に固定する、少なくとも一つのスプリング環(72)を、前記結合エレメント(36)は有する請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記駆動ユニット(22)の前記出力シャフト(24)は前記スピンドル(12)と概ね直角である請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記第一連結ユニット(14)が前記スピンドル(12)に対して回転可能に支持され、または/さらに、前記第二連結ユニット(18)が前記スピンドルナット(16)に対して回転可能に支持される請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記駆動機構部筺体(30)は複数の、特に2個の筺体部材(30a、30b)からなり、前記複数の筺体部材(30a、30b)は互いに連結して、前記駆動機構部筺体(30)が前記駆動機構部(20)、前記結合エレメント(36)および前記スピンドル(12)の少なくとも一部を取り囲む請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記スピンドル(12)は支持エレメント(46)を有し、前記支持エレメント(46)は前記スピンドル(12)と特にリベット止めにより連結し、前記軸受部(34)が前記スピンドル(12)に対して軸方向に動かないように固定する請求項1乃至7に記載するスピンドル駆動装置。
- 前記スピンドル(12)と連結した駆動ギア(28)を有し、前記駆動ギア(28)が回転することによって、前記スピンドル(12)または前記スピンドルナット(16)が回転するように前記駆動ユニット(22)が前記スピンドル(12)に作用する請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記駆動ギア(28)はウォームギアであり、前記出力シャフト(24)と連結したウォームシャフト(26)と螺合する請求項9に記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 中間エレメント(66)を有し、前記中間エレメント(66)は、一方側で前記スピンドル(12)または前記スピンドルナット(16)と連結し、他方側で前記駆動ギア(28)と連結し、前記駆動ギア(28)のトルクを前記スピンドル(12)または前記スピンドルナット(16)に伝達する請求項9または10に記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記中間エレメント(66)は、少なくとも一つの軸受部(34、64)を外周面に収容する請求項11に記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記中間エレメント(66)は、半径方向外側に向けて突設された突起部(68)を有し、前記突起部(68)は前記軸受部(34、64)および/または前記駆動ギア(28)が軸方向に動かないように固定する請求項11または12に記載するスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
