Description
車両から撮影された画像にて、前記車両に近づく方向に移動している対象を検出し、検出結果に基づいて、前記車両が前記対象を通過させるために退避すべきかどうかを判定し、前記車両が退避すべきと判定した場合に、運転手による操作を待たずに前記車両を退避させる制御部を備える。
撮影部が、車両から画像を撮影し、
制御部が、前記画像にて、前記車両に近づく方向に移動している対象を検出し、
前記制御部が、前記対象の検出結果に基づいて、前記車両が前記対象を通過させるために退避すべきかどうかを判定し、
前記制御部が、前記車両が退避すべきと判定した場合に、運転手による操作を待たずに前記車両を退避させる。

Claims (7)
- 車両から撮影された画像にて、前記車両に近づく方向に緊急走行中の別の車両を対象として検出し、前記車両と前記対象との位置関係、前記車両と前記対象とのそれぞれの進行方向、及び前記車両が走行中の道路又は車線の種別に応じて、前記車両が退避すべきかどうかを判定し、前記車両が退避すべきと判定した場合に、運転手による操作を待たずに前記車両を退避させる制御部を備える車両制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記車両が対面通行の道路を走行中で、前記対象が前記車両の前方で前記車両とは反対の方向に緊急走行中である場合に、前記車両が退避すべきと判定する請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記車両が退避すべきと判定した場合に、前記車両が走行中の道路又は車線の種別及び幅に応じて、前記車両が退避時に減速又は停止すべきかどうかを判定し、前記車両が退避時に減速すべきと判定した場合に、前記車両を退避時に減速させ、前記車両が退避時に停止すべきと判定した場合に、前記車両を退避時に停止させる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記車両が片側2車線以上の道路の追越車線を走行中で、前記対象が前記車両の後方で前記車両と同じ車線を緊急走行中である場合に、前記車両を追越車線から走行車線に車線変更させることで前記車両を退避させ、前記車両が対面通行の道路を走行中で、前記対象が前記車両の後方で前記車両と同じ方向に緊急走行中であるか又は前記車両の前方で前記車両とは反対の方向に緊急走行中である場合に、前記車両を道路の端に寄せることで前記車両を退避させるとともに前記車両を停止させる請求項3に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記車両が退避すべきと判定した場合に、前記運転手による操作が行われても、当該操作をオーバライドして前記車両を退避させる請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記画像を撮影する撮影部と、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御装置と
を備える車両。 - 撮影部が、車両から画像を撮影し、
制御部が、前記画像にて、前記車両に近づく方向に緊急走行中の別の車両を対象として検出し、
前記制御部が、前記車両と前記対象との位置関係、前記車両と前記対象とのそれぞれの進行方向、及び前記車両が走行中の道路又は車線の種別に応じて、前記車両が退避すべきかどうかを判定し、
前記制御部が、前記車両が退避すべきと判定した場合に、運転手による操作を待たずに前記車両を退避させる車両制御方法。
