Description
Claims (13)
- 保管手段(1)を用いて昆虫の幼虫を水に保管する方法であって、
前記昆虫の幼虫と水との混合物を前記保管手段(1)に供給するステップと、
前述の保管手段(1)の内容物中の水の量を30重量%~80重量%の間で制御するステップと、
前記保管手段(1)の前記内容物を15℃未満の温度に維持するステップと、
前記保管手段(1)に含まれる撹拌機構(50)である撹拌装置または混合スクリューにより、前記保管手段(1)の前記内容物を撹拌するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記保管手段(1)内の温度が、10℃未満、好ましくは7℃未満に維持される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記保管手段(1)内の温度が、所望の温度の連続的な水流を前記保管手段(1)に通して供給することにより制御される、請求項1または2項記載の方法。
- 前記保管手段(1)内の温度が、前記保管手段(1)に含まれる冷却手段(40)を使用して前記保管手段(1)を冷却することにより制御される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 連続的な空気流が前記保管手段(1)内に供給される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記昆虫の幼虫と前記水との前記混合物を前記保管手段から排出するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記幼虫を前記水から分離し、前記昆虫の幼虫を処理するステップをさらに含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記撹拌が、連続的に、周期的に、または不規則な手法で実施される、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 昆虫の幼虫を水に保管するための、特に、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において使用される、保管手段であって、
昆虫の幼虫と水との混合物とを含む保管タンク(1)
保管タンク(1)に昆虫の幼虫および/または水を導入するための入口(10、20)、
保管タンク(1)の内容物を撹拌するための撹拌機構(50)である撹拌装置または混合スクリュー、および
保管タンク(1)から昆虫の幼虫と水との混合物を排出する排出路(20)
を含み、保管タンク(1)が、15℃未満、好ましくは7℃未満の温度で保管タンク(1)の内容物を維持するように配置されている、保管手段。 - 保管タンク(1)内の温度を制御するための冷却手段(40)をさらに含む、請求項9記載の保管手段。
- 撹拌機構(50)が、連続的に、周期的に、または不規則な手法で保管タンク(1)の内容物を撹拌するように配置されている、請求項9または10記載の保管手段。
- 冷却手段(40)が、所望の温度の連続的な水流を保管タンク(1)に通して供給するために保管タンク(1)の外部表面に配置されている、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の保管手段。
- 水の排出路(20)が分離手段をさらに含む、請求項9記載の保管手段。
