Claims (9)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュールを多段で積載可能なバッテリーラックであって、
底面を形成するベースプレートと、
前記ベースプレートに結合され、高さ方向に延びて複数のバッテリーモジュールの両側面部を支持する壁体を形成するメインフレームと、
前記メインフレームの最上端部に結合されて天井を形成するトッププレートとを含み、
前記トッププレート及びベースプレートの少なくともいずれか一つはビードを備えた板状体からなり、
前記メインフレームは、前記ベースプレートから高さ方向に延びる少なくとも4つの垂直ビームを含み、
前記垂直ビームに壁取付け部材がさらに結合され、
前記壁取付け部材は、壁面に対して前記メインフレームを弾性的に支持可能に弾性体を備える、バッテリーラック。 - 前記トッププレート及び前記ベースプレートは、長方形の板状体であり、前記ビードは、前記長方形の板状体を横切るX字状に形成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記メインフレームは、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの幅だけ相互に離隔して配置される一対の第1メインフレーム及び第2メインフレームを含み、
前記第1メインフレーム及び前記第2メインフレームは、それぞれ、
前記ベースプレートから長さ方向に相互に離隔して配置されてそれぞれ高さ方向に延びる一対の垂直ビームと、
前記一対の垂直ビームに高さ方向に沿って等間隔に結合されて前記バッテリーモジュールの底面のエッジ領域を支持可能に設けられる複数のガイドビームとを含む、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記ベースプレート及び前記トッププレートは、長方形の板状体の角領域に他の部分より幅方向にさらに突出した側方突出部を備え、
前記垂直ビームは、横断面が「己」状に設けられて前記側方突出部を囲む形態で前記ベースプレート及び前記トッププレートに両端部が結合される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記第1メインフレーム及び前記第2メインフレームは、前記垂直ビームに壁取付け部材がさらに結合される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記壁取付け部材は、「コ」字状であって、前記垂直ビームと前記側方突出部に一体的に結合される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記壁取付け部材は、
前記弾性体に該当するバネと、前記バネの一端部に結合されて内側にネジ山が形成されているラック固定部と、前記バネの他端部に結合され、壁面にネジ結合可能な締結手段を備えた壁面固定部とを含み、
前記垂直ビームは、一側に前記ラック固定部とネジ結合する壁取付け締結部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記壁取付け部材の前記ラック固定部と前記壁面固定部とは、前記バネに対して相対回転自在に設けられる、請求項7に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーラックと、
前記バッテリーラック内に多段で積載される複数のバッテリーモジュールとを含む、電力貯蔵装置。
