Description
Claims (11)
- カテーテルおよび導入針アセンブリーであって、
カテーテルと、
カテーテルと流体連通しているカテーテルハブであって、外面部分と、前記外面部分の近位に配置されたフランジと、および前記フランジから円周方向に離間し、前記カテーテルハブの近位部分から半径方向外向きに延びる使用不可機能と、を有するカテーテルハブと、
前記カテーテルに配される導入針と、
針シールドと、
爪を持った片持ちアームを有し、第1の位置と第2の位置との間を曲がるようになっている弾性クリップと、を具え、
前記第1の位置にて、前記弾性クリップの前記片持ちアームは、前記爪が前記カテーテルハブの外面部に摩擦接触して前記針シールドを前記カテーテルハブと共に保持するように曲げられ、前記第2の位置にて、前記爪は、前記外面部に摩擦接触せず、それによって前記カテーテルハブに対する前記針シールドの移動を可能にし、
前記使用不可機能は、前記弾性クリップが前記第1の位置にあるときに、前記爪と整列し、および前記爪から離れて配置される、アセンブリー。 - 前記導入針の末端が前記弾性クリップを通り越して末端側に突き出ている場合、前記弾性クリップは前記導入針の一方側の付勢位置に保持され、
前記導入針の末端が前記弾性クリップを通り越して基端側に引っ込められると、前記弾性クリップは、これが前記針シールドを前記カテーテルハブと共に摩擦保持しない非付勢またはより少ない付勢位置へと曲がることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリー。 - 前記弾性クリップは、その少なくとも一部が前記針シールド内に移動可能に配される傾斜クリップを具え、この傾斜クリップは、そこから突出する片持ちアームを持った傾斜部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリー。
- 前記弾性クリップは、そこから突出する針ブロッカーを有する傾斜部を具え、
前記弾性クリップが前記非付勢またはより少ない付勢位置へと曲がった場合、前記針ブロッカーは前記導入針の末端の、前記針ブロッカーを超える末端側移動を阻止するように配されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアセンブリー。 - 前記カテーテルハブは、前記カテーテルと流体連通するようになっている基端側ポートと、ルアーコネクターとの結合部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリー。
- 前記基端側ポートが使用中の場合、前記カテーテルハブは、前記カテーテルと流体連通するようになっている第2の側面ポートを具えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアセンブリー。
- 前記導入針の基端に配される針ハブと、
前記針シールドおよび前記針ハブを結合する可撓性テザーと
をさらに具えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリー。 - 前記針シールドから前記針シールドの中心軸線に向けて径方向に突出する可撓性の片持ちフィンをさらに具え、
この片持ちフィンは、前記導入針と前記弾性クリップとの間に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリー。 - 前記カテーテルハブ内に配される隔膜およびアクチュエーターをさらに具え、
前記隔膜はアクチュエーターの移動によって突き刺し可能であり、
前記弾性クリップは、前記隔膜に対して基端側に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリー。 - 前記爪によって前記カテーテルハブの前記外面部に加えられる垂直力が0.4から1.4ニュートンまでの範囲にあり、
前記爪と前記カテーテルハブの外面部との間の摩擦係数が0.25から0.4までの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリー。 - 前記カテーテルハブの前記外面部が、連続した外面部分を備えた、請求項1に記載のアセンブリー。
