Claims (12)
- 炭素担体と、前記炭素担体に担持された触媒金属粒子とを含む酸素還元反応用金属担持触媒であって、
ラマン分光法により得られるラマンスペクトルにおいて、1340cm-1付近にピークトップを有するDバンドの半値半幅53.0cm-1以下を示す炭素構造を含み、
一部が前記炭素担体の細孔内表面に埋まっている前記触媒金属粒子を含み、
前記金属担持触媒の平均細孔径に対する、前記触媒金属粒子の数平均粒子径の比が0.70以上、1.30以下であり、
窒素吸着等温線の相対圧力が0.4以上、0.6以下の範囲内において、吸着側等温線の窒素吸着量に対する脱着側等温線の窒素吸着量の比の最大値が1.05以下であり、
前記炭素担体に担持されている前記触媒金属粒子の総数に対する、前記炭素担体の外表面に担持されている前記触媒金属粒子の数の割合が33%以下である、
酸素還元反応用金属担持触媒。 - 前記触媒金属粒子の数平均粒子径が1.50nm以上、4.00nm以下である、
請求項1に記載の金属担持触媒。 - 前記触媒金属粒子の体積平均粒子径が2.00nm以上、6.50nm以下である、
請求項1又は2に記載の金属担持触媒。 - 窒素吸着法によるBET比表面積が200(m2/g-炭素担体)以上である、
請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の金属担持触媒。 - 窒素吸着法による
BET比表面積(m2/g-炭素担体)に対する、水蒸気吸着法によるBET比表面積(m2/g-炭素担体)の比が、0.080以下である、
請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の金属担持触媒。 - 前記炭素担体のメディアン径が1.00μm以下である、
請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の金属担持触媒。 - 前記金属担持触媒の孔径5nm未満の細孔の容積が0.50(cm3/g-炭素担体)以上である、
請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の金属担持触媒。 - 前記金属担持触媒の孔径5nm以上の細孔の容積に対する、孔径5nm未満の細孔の容積の比が1.80以上である、
請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の金属担持触媒。 - 前記炭素担体に担持されている前記触媒金属粒子の総数に対する、前記炭素担体の外表面から20nm以上の深さの位置に担持されている前記触媒金属粒子の数の割合が11%以上である、
請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の金属担持触媒。 - 前記触媒金属粒子は、白金粒子である、
請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の金属担持触媒。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の金属担持触媒を含む電池電極。
- 請求項11に記載の電池電極を含む電池。
