Description
Claims (5)
- 輪軸診断器具および/または輪軸工作器具の座標系に従って、鉄道車両の輪軸を線路系面に対して垂直な径方向に揃える方法であって、一つの車軸が、背面同士が互いに向き合う、共通軸上に配置された二つの車輪を備えており
a)前記器具の作業位置に前記輪軸を配置すること、
b)X軸方向が垂直範囲を指し、Y軸方向が水平範囲を指し、Z軸が車輪の奥行方向を指す、器具側座標系を、各車輪の想定車輪中心点に置くこと、
c)前記車輪背面間の距離を測り、前記車輪背面のそれぞれにおいてZ軸位置=0を満たす位置を規定すること、
d)測定箇所ごとに固有Z軸位置を規定すること、
e)規定された前記固有Z軸位置ごとに測定センサを配置すること、
f)前記測定箇所のそれぞれで、X軸位置を測定すること、
g)二つの前記車輪の前記測定箇所での前記X軸位置が合致するよう、前記車輪のうちの一つを垂直方向に動かして、前記輪軸を揃えること、とを含む、方法。 - 前記固有Z軸位置が、測定箇所の測定円面を規定する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 車輪フランジドームの最高位点が、前記固有Z軸位置として規定される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 両車輪の前記測定箇所における前記X軸位置を合致させるよう、前記二つの車輪のうち高い位置にある車輪を下降させる、ことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 両車輪の前記測定箇所における前記X軸位置を合致させるよう、前記二つの車輪のうち低い位置にある車輪を上昇させる、ことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
