Description
本発明では、ロアケース部は樹脂製であり、インサートナット(113)をインサート成形している。ケース締結部は、頭部(116)、および、頭部から延びインサートナットに螺合しているねじ部(117)を有する。
アクチュエータは、車両のシフトバイワイヤシステムの駆動部として用いられている。
先ず、シフトバイワイヤシステムの構成について図1および図2を参照して説明する。図1に示すように、シフトバイワイヤシステム11は、変速機12のシフトレンジを指令するシフト操作装置13と、変速機12のシフトレンジ切替機構14を作動させるアクチュエータ10とを備える。アクチュエータ10は、モータ30等を含む作動部15と、シフトレンジの指令信号に応じてモータ30を制御する制御部16とを備える。
次に、アクチュエータ10の構成について説明する。図3に示すように、アクチュエータ10は、ハウジング19内に作動部15および制御部16を備える機電一体型のアクチュエータである。
次に、制御基板71の固定構造、および、モータ30および図示しない外部機器との電気的な接続構造について説明する。以降、制御基板71と平行な方向を「基板平面方向」と記載する。また、モータ30の径方向のことを単に「径方向」と記載し、モータ30の軸方向のことを単に「軸方向」と記載し、また、モータ30の周方向のことを単に「周方向」と記載する。
以上説明したように、第1実施形態では、アッパーケース部61は樹脂製である。これによりケース60が軽くなり、また耐食性が向上する。そのためアクチュエータ10を軽量化するとともにケース60のシール性を確保することができる。
他の実施形態では、制御基板は、スクリュに限らず、他の締結部材によりボルトの頭部に固定されてもよい。他の実施形態では、スクリュの挿入方向は、ボルトの挿入方向と異なっていてもよい。他の実施形態では、モータ接続ターミナルは、渦巻き形状に限らず、L字状、C字状、または波形状等の他の形状であってもよいし、直線部と曲線部とが複合した形状であってもよい。他の実施形態では、バスバーは、アッパーケース部に一体成形されてもよいし、ステータ等の他の部材に固定されてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 車両のシフトバイワイヤシステム(11)に用いられる回転式アクチュエータ(10)であって、
モータ(30)と、
前記モータを制御する制御部(16)と、
前記制御部を収容している樹脂製のアッパーケース部(61)と、
前記アッパーケース部と共に前記モータを収容しているロアケース部(62)と、
前記アッパーケース部および前記ロアケース部を締結している金属製のケース締結部(111)と、
前記制御部の基板(71)を前記ケース締結部に固定している基板固定部(112)と、
を備え、
前記ロアケース部は樹脂製であり、インサートナット(113)をインサート成形しており、
前記ケース締結部は、頭部(116)、および、前記頭部から延び前記インサートナットに螺合しているねじ部(117)を有する回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記アッパーケース部は、筒状のカラー(115)をインサート成形しており、
前記カラーは、前記ねじ部の径方向外側において前記頭部と前記インサートナットとの間に挟まれている請求項1に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記ケース締結部は、前記頭部に雌ねじ(118)が形成されたボルトであり、
前記基板固定部は、前記雌ねじに螺合されたスクリュである請求項1または2に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記スクリュの前記雌ねじへの挿入方向は、前記ボルトの前記アッパーケース部への挿入方向と同じである請求項3に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。
- 前記アッパーケース部は、前記制御部を外部機器に接続する外部接続ターミナル(92)を埋設しており、
前記外部接続ターミナルは、前記アッパーケース部内の基板設置空間(96)で屈曲しているベンド部(98)を有する請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。 - 前記制御部は、バスバー(121)により前記モータに電気的に接続されており、
前記バスバーのモータターミナル(122)は、前記アッパーケース部内の基板設置空間で屈曲しているベンド部(131)を有する請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の回転式アクチュエータ。
