Description
Claims (14)
- 素材(2)から透過または反射光学系(1)を製造する方法であって、除去レーザ(3)を用いて前記素材(2)に材料除去部(4)を生ぜしめ、前記除去レーザ(3)により前加工した前記素材(2)を、研磨レーザ(20)により後加工する、方法において、
前記除去レーザが前記素材に当たる領域において前記素材を蒸発させることにより、材料除去部を生ぜしめ、前記除去レーザの焦点直径は、5~50μmであり、前記除去レーザ(3)のパルス長は、1ns未満であり、前記研磨レーザを、0.1μm~100μmの範囲内のレーザ波長でもって操作し、
前記表面に対する個々のレーザパルスにより除去層内に形成される各除去凹部の間隔は、一定ではない、
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 密度勾配を有する素材が用いられる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 横断面が円形の素材(40)が用いられ、該素材(40)は中心(41)に向かって、縁部(42)に向かう光学密度とは異なる光学密度を有している、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 除去中および/または研磨中のパルスエネルギを変化させる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 各レーザパルス照射の後あるいは1つまたは複数の層を加工した後で、前記光学系(1)の、加工された表面領域の形状(6)を測定する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記除去および/または前記研磨により、前記光学系の表面の光学密度を的確に変化させ、変化させられた屈折率が反射を阻止するようにする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記レーザ光線により、前記素材の前記材料を変化させ、完成したレンズが光学的な密度勾配を有するようにする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記除去レーザが1パルス当たり0.01~10μmの材料除去量を生ぜしめるように、前記除去レーザを操作する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記除去レーザは、100~1200nmのレーザ波長でもって操作される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記除去レーザの走査速度は、500~5000mm/sである、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記除去レーザの前記パルスエネルギは、0.1μJ~10μJである、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記除去レーザの繰返し数は、5kHz~5000kHzである、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記研磨レーザは、500mm/s~20000mm/sの走査速度で、少なくとも研磨すべき面の延在長さと同じ長さの線に沿って往復移動される、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記研磨レーザにより複数回の通過が実施される、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
