Claims (4)
- アクチュエータ駆動式要素(105)を有し、動作に所望の動作電圧UBおよび/または所望の動作電流IBを必要とするロボットであって、
・一次電圧UPおよび一次電流IPが印加される、通常動作中は前記一次電圧UPが所望の一次電圧UP,desiredに等しく前記一次電流IPが所望の一次電流IP,desiredに等しい入力インターフェース(107)と、実電圧Uactualおよび実電流Iactualが供給される、通常動作中はUactual=UBおよびIactual=IBである出力インターフェース(108)とを有する電圧電流源(101)と、
・前記電圧電流源(101)に一体化され、前記一次電圧/一次電流の停電または低下後のあらかじめ定義された期間Δtの間、前記動作電圧UBおよび前記動作電流IBを維持するエネルギー貯蔵部(102)と、
・前記入力インターフェース(107)に印加される前記一次電圧UPをモニタするユニット(103)であって、前記印加された一次電圧UPがあらかじめ定義された量ΔUだけ前記所望の一次電圧UP,desiredから外れるとすぐに停止信号が生成されるよう構成されるユニット(103)と、
・前記ユニット(103)に接続され、前記ロボットおよび前記ロボットのアクチュエータ駆動式要素(105)を制御するよう設計された制御部(104)であって、前記停止信号を受信すると、前記ロボットの前記アクチュエータ駆動式要素(105)を有する前記ロボットをあらかじめ定義された安全状態へ制御するよう構成される制御部(104)と、
を備え、
前記アクチュエータ駆動式要素(105)のアクチュエータは、電気エネルギーの回復のために前記一体化されたエネルギー貯蔵部(102)に接続され、
前記制御部(104)は、前記ロボットの前記あらかじめ定義された安全状態への制御が前記アクチュエータ駆動式要素(105)の機械的制動を引き起こすことを含むよう設計され、
前記機械的制動は、前記ロボットが前記アクチュエータによって、前記ロボットの可動要素の全ての実際の運動エネルギーの合計によって特徴づけられる動的状態へ減速したときにだけ引き起こされ、この運動エネルギーはあらかじめ定義されたある境界運動エネルギーよりも小さい、ロボット。 - 前記エネルギー貯蔵部(102)は、一以上のキャパシタ、および/または一以上のインダクタ、および/または一以上のアキュムレータを有する、請求項1に記載のロボット。
- 前記停止信号は、データリンクを介して前記ユニット(103)から前記制御部(104)へ、対称かつ暗号化されたデータ信号として送信される、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載のロボット。
- 前記停止信号は光信号であり、前記データリンクは光信号の送信を行うよう構成される、請求項3に記載のロボット。
