Description
本出願は、2016年11月24日付の韓国特許出願第10-2016-0157613号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
前記基材層およびスキン層は、テレフタル酸を含む酸成分とジオール成分が共重合されて、前記酸成分から誘導された酸部分およびジオール成分から誘導されたジオール部分が繰り返される構造を有する共重合ポリエステル樹脂からなり、
前記基材層およびスキン層で、ジオール成分は1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノール、ネオペンチルグリコール、ジエチレングリコール、エチレングリコールおよびポリグリコールからなる群より選択された1種以上をモノマーとして含むものであり、
前記スキン層で、ジオール成分はイソソルバイドをさらに含み、前記スキン層のイソソルバイド含有量はスキン層に含まれている全体ジオール成分に対して1mol%以上の多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルムを提供する。
前記スキン層で、ジオール成分はイソソルバイドをさらに含み、前記スキン層のイソソルバイド含有量は、スキン層に含まれている全体ジオール成分に対して1mol%以上である。
前記スキン層で、ジオール成分はイソソルバイドをさらに含み、前記スキン層のイソソルバイド含有量は、スキン層に含まれている全体ジオール成分に対して約1mol%以上または約1mol%~60mol%となることができ、好ましくは3.5mol%以上または約3.5mol%~58mol%、あるいは約5mol%以上または約5mol%~56mol%となることができる。
テレフタル酸100mol%を基準に、下記表1に示したような残留構成成分組成で、テレフタル酸と共に1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノール(CHDM)、ネオペンチルグリコール(NPG)、エチレングリコール(EG)、ジエチレングリコール(DEG)、イソソルバイド(ISB)を使用して実施例1~4および比較例1~4で基材層またはスキン層を構成する製造例1~9のポリエステル樹脂(樹脂1~9)を製造した。
ECA 600、Jeol(600MHz、H-NMR)機器を用いてFourier-Transform(for higher resolution and faster scanning)モードで測定した。このとき、試料前処理方法は、ペレット(pellet)試料量約15mgをNMR tube(quartz、NMR inactive)に入れ、クロロホルム(chloroform)約0.7mLを入れて溶解させて、分析時に使用した。
下記表2に示すような構成で熱収縮性フィルムを製造した。まず、スキン層と基材層のそれぞれの層を他の押出機で溶融押出してロールで溶融接着する方法(multilayer押出)を用いて押出した。
実施例1~4および比較例1~5により製造された熱収縮性フィルムに対して、次のような方法で物性評価を行い、その物性測定結果は下記表3に示す。
Nippon Denshoku社のヘーズメーター(NDH7000)を用いてフィルムのHazeを測定した。
陽刻印刷の温度は約62度~約65度の水準であり、高温充填の飲み物の温度が約60度~約70度であるため、平均約65度の条件でMD延伸フィルムの変形率を確認して耐熱度を評価した。
約10cm×10cmの正方形に裁断し、下記表に記載されている温度約75度または約100度で約15秒~20秒間水槽(water bath)に入れて熱収縮させた後、試料の縦方向(TD)および横方向(MD)の長さを測定して下記の計算式1により算出した。ここで、横方向(MD)はフィルムの延伸方向に該当し、縦方向(TD)はフィルムの延伸方向の反対方向に該当する。

Claims (10)
- 基材層、および
前記基材層の上面および下面のうちの少なくとも一面にスキン層を含み、
前記基材層およびスキン層は、テレフタル酸を含む酸成分とジオール成分が共重合されて、前記酸成分から誘導された酸部分およびジオール成分から誘導されたジオール部分が繰り返される構造を有する共重合ポリエステル樹脂からなり、
前記基材層およびスキン層でジオール成分は1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノール、ネオペンチルグリコール、ジエチレングリコール、エチレングリコールおよびポリグリコールからなる群より選択された1種以上をモノマーとして含むものであり、
前記スキン層でジオール成分はイソソルバイドをさらに含み、前記スキン層のイソソルバイド含有量は、スキン層に含まれている全体ジオール成分に対して1mol%以上であり、
前記基材層でジオール成分はイソソルバイドを含まないか、または前記基材層でジオール成分はイソソルバイドをさらに含み、前記基材層のイソソルバイドの含有量は、スキン層に含まれているイソソルバイド含有量と対比して50%以下である、
多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルム。 - 前記フィルムは95~100℃での最大熱収縮率が50%以上である、請求項1に記載の多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記フィルムは収縮開始温度が70℃以上である、請求項1に記載の多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記酸成分は、炭素数8~14の芳香族ジカルボン酸成分および炭素数4~12の脂肪族ジカルボン酸成分からなる群から選択される1種以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記スキン層でジオール成分のイソソルバイド含有量は、前記スキン層に含まれている全体ジオール成分に対して1~60mol%であり、
前記基材層でジオール成分はイソソルバイドを含まない、請求項1に記載の多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルム。 - 前記スキン層は、加工助剤、静電印加剤、紫外線吸収剤、熱安定剤、帯電防止剤、顔料、難燃剤、増粘剤、およびアンチブロッキング剤からなる群より選択された添加剤1種以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記スキン層は、加工助剤、静電印加剤、紫外線吸収剤、熱安定剤、帯電防止剤、顔料、難燃剤、増粘剤、およびアンチブロッキング剤からなる群より選択された添加剤1種以上をさらに含むコーティング層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記フィルムは5%以下のヘイズを有する、請求項1に記載の多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、MD(Machine Direction)方向に1.1倍~5倍延伸して製造されたものである、請求項1に記載の多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルム。
- フィルムの全体厚さが10~60μmである、請求項1に記載の多層MDO耐熱熱収縮性フィルム。
