Claims (16)
- 吸湿剤(6)を含むプロセス空気除湿器ユニット(4)を含むプロセス空気除湿システム(2)であって、前記プロセス空気除湿システム(2)は、前記プロセス空気除湿器ユニット(4)を通過するように設けられた再生空気閉ループ(10)と、前記再生空気閉ループ(10)に再生空気流(14)を生成する再生空気流生成手段(12)と、凝縮器(18)、蒸発器(20)、及びヒートポンプ冷媒(22)を含むヒートポンプ(16)と、を含む吸湿剤再生システム(8)をさらに含み、前記再生空気閉ループ(10)は、前記凝縮器(18)及び前記蒸発器(20)を通過して再生空気(24)とヒートポンプ冷媒(22)との間で熱交換するように設けられ、
前記除湿システム(2)は、前記蒸発器(20)の下流かつ前記凝縮器(18)の上流に設けられた補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)と、前記除湿器ユニット(4)の上流かつ前記凝縮器(18)の下流の入口再生空気(30)から前記除湿器ユニット(4)の下流かつ前記蒸発器(20)の上流の出口再生空気(32)に熱を移すように設けられた再生空気熱バイパスシステム(28)と、前記補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)及び前記再生空気熱バイパスシステム(28)を作動及び停止するように設けられた手段(34、36)と、を含むことを特徴とする、プロセス空気除湿システム(2)。 - 前記補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)は、前記再生空気閉ループ(10)に設けられた少なくとも1つの供給空気入口(38)及び少なくとも1つの空気換気出口(40)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの供給空気入口(38)は前記少なくとも1つの空気換気出口(40)の上流に設けられ、前記補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)は、供給空気流(44)を調整する調整手段(42)と、空気換気流(48)を調整する調整手段(46)と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の除湿システム。
。 - 前記調整手段(42、46)はモータ制御ダンパであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の除湿システム。
- 前記補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)を作動及び停止するように設けられた手段(34)は、前記補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)の下流で前記再生空気流中の水分含有量を測定するように設けられ、前記測定された再生空気中の水分含有量に応じて前記調整手段(42、46)を制御するように設けられた水分インジケータ及び制御装置であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の除湿システム。
- 前記吸湿剤再生システム(8)は、供給空気(44)を加熱するように設けられた補足的ヒータ(68)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の除湿システム。
- 前記補足的ヒータ(68)を作動及び停止するように設けられた手段(70)が、前記さらなる補足的ヒータ(68)の下流で前記供給空気流の温度を測定するように設けられ、前記測定された供給空気の温度に応じて前記補足的ヒータ(68)の稼働を制御するように設けられた補足的温度インジケータ及び制御装置である、請求項5に記載の除湿システム。
- 前記補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)は少なくとも1つのサブクーラ(72)を含み、前記再生空気閉ループ(10)は前記サブクーラ(72)を通過するように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の除湿システム。
- 前記補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)を作動及び停止するように設けられた手段(34)は、前記補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)の下流で前記再生空気流中の水分含有量を測定するように設けられ、前記測定された水分含有量に応じて前記サブクーラ(72)を作動又は停止するように設けられた水分インジケータ及び制御装置であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の除湿システム。
- 前記再生空気熱バイパスシステム(28)は、入口再生空気(30)からの熱吸収のための熱交換器(50)及び出口再生空気(32)への熱放出のための熱交換器(52)、前記熱交換器(50、52)を接続する冷媒閉ループ(54)、冷媒(56)、並びに冷媒ポンプ(58)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の除湿システム。
- 前記補足的再生空気熱バイパスシステム(28)を作動及び停止するように設けられた手段(36)は、前記蒸発器(20)の下流で前記再生空気流の温度を測定するように設けられ、前記測定された温度に応じて前記冷媒ポンプの稼働を制御するように設けられた温度インジケータ及び制御装置であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の除湿システム。
- 前記再生空気熱バイパスシステム(28)は、入口再生空気(30)からの熱吸収、及び出口再生空気(32)への熱放出のために設けられた熱交換器(53)を含み、前記熱交換器(53)は前記再生空気閉ループ(10)における前記除湿器ユニット(4)の下流に設けられ、入口再生空気バイパスループ(55)が前記熱交換器(53)を通過するように設けられ、前記入口再生空気バイパスループ(55)及び前記再生空気閉ループ(10)におけるさらなるダンパ(57、59)が、前記入口再生空気バイパスループ(55)を通る再生空気流の量を制御するように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の除湿システム。
- 前記吸湿剤再生システム(8)は、前記凝縮器(18)の下流かつ前記除湿器ユニット(4)の上流で再生空気を加熱するように設けられた補足的ヒータ(64)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の除湿システム。
- 前記補足的ヒータ(64)を作動及び停止するように設けられた手段(36)が、前記補足的ヒータ(64)の下流で前記再生空気流の温度を測定するように設けられ、前記測定された温度に応じて前記補足的ヒータ(64)の稼働を制御するように設けられた補足的温度インジケータ及び制御装置(66)であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の除湿システム。
- 前記ヒートポンプは少なくとも圧縮機(60)及び膨張弁(62)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の除湿システム。
- 請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の除湿システムによってプロセス空気を除湿する方法であって、
前記除湿器ユニットのプロセス空気脱水率が前記ヒートポンプの設計能力よりも多くの熱を必要とする場合、補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)を作動し、再生空気熱バイパスシステム(28)を停止して前記除湿システムを稼働するステップと、
前記除湿器ユニットのプロセス空気脱水率が前記ヒートポンプの設計能力よりも少ない熱を必要とする場合、補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)を停止し、再生空気熱バイパスシステム(28)を作動して前記除湿システムを稼働するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、除湿方法。 - 前記除湿器ユニットのプロセス空気脱水率が前記ヒートポンプの設計能力に等しい熱を必要とする場合、補足的再生空気水分除去システム(26)を停止し、再生空気熱バイパスシステム(28)を停止して前記除湿システムを稼働するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のプロセス空気を除湿する方法。
