Abstract

本发明涉及一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,该系统包括转轮除湿单元,该转轮除湿单元包括相互分隔的新风风道、再生风道、新风机、新风风机(14)和再生风机(17),还包括:除湿转轮(12),用于热湿空气的除湿;加热盘管(15),用于除湿转轮(12)的再生;至少两个冷水盘管,用于热量的回收;该系统还包括:高温热泵热水单元,用于向加热盘管(15)提供热量;冷冻水单元,用于向冷水盘管提供冷量。与现有技术相比,本发明具有除湿能力更强、低能耗、节能高效等优点。

Description

一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统
技术领域
本发明涉及转轮除湿技术领域,具体涉及一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统。
背景技术
转轮除湿属于空调领域的一个重要分支,是升温除湿的典型代表,转轮除湿机主要部件是转轮,转轮表面涂敷有吸湿剂,且表面设置有蜂窝状多孔道,通过缓慢旋转转轮,可以吸附流过该转轮的湿空气中的水分,吸湿后的转轮经高温干燥气流烘吹,能使吸湿剂脱水再生。
目前的转轮除湿机中再生空气加热器,均需把空气加热到120-140℃,才能使吸湿转轮吸附的水分汽化,而水分汽化所吸收的热量都随再生空气一起排放到大气,造成了资源浪费。故目前的转轮除湿机存在再生能耗高和资源浪费的缺点。所以目前转轮新风除湿系统因为转轮再生能耗比较高,所以导致转轮除湿新风机组在民用建筑空调新风系统上很少应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种除湿能力更强、低能耗、节能高效的高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,该系统包括转轮除湿单元,该转轮除湿单元包括相互分隔的新风风道、再生风道、新风机、新风风机和再生风机,还包括:
除湿转轮,用于热湿空气的除湿,除湿转轮表面涂敷有吸湿剂;
加热盘管,用于除湿转轮的再生;
至少两个冷水盘管,用于热量的回收;
所述的除湿转轮同时安装在新风风道和再生风道内,所述的再生风机设于再生风道出风处,所述的新风风机设于新风风道出风处和新风机入风处;
所述的加热盘管位于再生风道内,并位于除湿转轮和再生风道入风处之间;所述的再生风道内,再生风机与除湿转轮之间设有冷水盘管,所述的新风风道内设有至少一个冷水盘管;
该系统还包括:
高温热泵热水单元,用于向加热盘管提供热量;
冷冻水单元,用于向冷水盘管提供冷量。
进一步地,所述的再生风机与除湿转轮之间设有第三冷水盘管,所述的新风风道入风处与除湿转轮之间设有第一冷水盘管,所述的除湿转轮与新风风机之间设有第二冷水盘管。
进一步地,所述的冷水盘管的进水管路上设有阀门和/或温度计,出水管路上设有电动阀和/或手动阀门和/或温度计。
进一步地,所述的高温热泵热水单元包括热水箱和可产生热水的热泵机组,所述的热水箱一端与加热盘管相连,另一端与热泵机组的冷凝器相连。
进一步地,所述的加热盘管进水管路上设有温度计和/或止回阀和/或水泵,出水管路上设有温度计和/或电动截止阀;所述的热水箱与热泵机组的出水管路上设有热水泵。
进一步地,所述的热水箱为开式水箱,与蒸汽冷凝水或工厂余热水相连。
进一步地,所述的冷冻水单元包括冷水箱和可产生冷水的热泵机组,所述的冷水箱一端与冷水盘管相连,另一端与热泵机组的蒸发器相连。
这里的热泵机组可以理解为类似于冰箱的设备,可以通过电能的消耗,使冷端的热量向热端的传递。
进一步地,所述的冷水箱与冷水盘管的出水管路上还设有水泵和/或止回阀,进水管路上还设有电动截止阀;所述的冷水箱与热泵机组的出水管路上设有冷水泵。
进一步地,所述的冷水箱为开式水箱,与冷源冷水外接。
进一步地,所述的冷水箱与风冷冷水热泵机组相连;所述的风冷冷水热泵机组进水管路上设有止回阀和/或水泵,出水管路上设有电动截止阀。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明在湿热空气冷却时,采用除湿转轮与冷水盘管的联用,使得除湿的效率更高,并且可以将湿热空气中的热量回收,经过热量交换后,用在除湿转轮的回收上;
(2)本发明利用热泵机组蒸发器产生冷水,用于热空气降温减湿,同时利用热泵机组冷凝器产生热水加热再生空气,实现转轮再生,实现低能耗空气湿度深度处理;
(3)本发明再生除湿转轮时,又增设了冷水盘管,将再生空气中的热量予以回收,并不直接排向大气,这些热量经过交换后,还是可以用在除湿转轮的回收上,真正实现热量的循环使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例
一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,如图1,该系统包括转轮除湿单元,该转轮除湿单元包括相互分隔的新风风道、再生风道、新风机、新风风机14和再生风机17,还包括
除湿转轮12,用于热湿空气的除湿,除湿转轮12表面涂敷有吸湿剂;
加热盘管15,用于除湿转轮12的再生;
三个冷水盘管,用于热量的回收,冷水盘管的进水管路上设有阀门和/或温度计,出水管路上设有电动阀和/或手动阀门和/或温度计;
除湿转轮12同时安装在新风风道和再生风道内,再生风机17设于再生风道出风处,新风风机14设于新风风道出风处和新风机入风处;加热盘管15位于再生风道内,并位于除湿转轮12和再生风道入风处之间;再生风道内,再生风机17与除湿转轮12之间设有冷水盘管,新风风道内设有两个冷水盘管;
本实施例中,再生风机17与除湿转轮12之间设有第三冷水盘管16,新风风道入风处与除湿转轮12之间设有第一冷水盘管11,除湿转轮12与新风风机14之间设有第二冷水盘管13。
该系统还包括高温热泵热水单元,用于向加热盘管15提供热量;高温热泵热水单元包括热水箱21和可产生热水的热泵机组8,热水箱21一端与加热盘管15相连,另一端与热泵机组8的冷凝器相连。加热盘管15进水管路上设有温度计和/或止回阀和/或水泵,出水管路上设有温度计和/或电动截止阀;热水箱21与热泵机组8的出水管路上设有热水泵22。另外,热水箱21可以为开式水箱,可以与蒸汽冷凝水或工厂余热水相连。
该系统还包括冷冻水单元,用于向冷水盘管提供冷量。冷冻水单元包括冷水箱31和可产生冷水的热泵机组8,冷水箱31一端与冷水盘管相连,另一端与热泵机组8的蒸发器相连。冷水箱31与冷水盘管的出水管路上还设有水泵和/或止回阀,进水管路上还设有电动截止阀;冷水箱31与热泵机组8的出水管路上设有冷水泵34。冷水箱31与风冷冷水热泵机组32相连;风冷冷水热泵机组32进水管路上设有止回阀和/或水泵,出水管路上设有电动截止阀。冷水箱31可以为开式水箱,可以与冷源冷水外接。
除湿工况下,先启动冷水泵34,热泵机组8产生的冷水输送到冷水箱31,然后通过水泵输送到冷水到各个冷水盘管。热湿空气经过第一冷水盘管11、除湿转轮12、第二冷水盘管13降温除湿后,送到室内。当冷水温度过高时,启动风冷冷水热泵机组32,为冷水箱31中的冷水降温,更极端时,还可以外接冷源冷水,缓解燃眉之急。
除湿进行一段时间后,启动热水泵22,热泵机组8产生的热水输送到热水箱21,并输送到加热盘管15,用于加热再生空气,使除湿转轮12再生。当热水温度不够高时,可与蒸汽冷凝水或工厂余热水相连通,有助于加快热水的升温。
特别强调的是,本实施例的热泵机组8可以理解为类似于冰箱的设备,可以通过电能的消耗,使冷端的热量向热端的传递。也就是说,虽然冷冻水单元的冷水回流后,温度有所上升,但是在热泵机组8,这样的热量依然可以传递到高温热泵热水单元,不容易造成热量的浪费。

Claims (10)

1.一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,其特征在于,该系统包括转轮除湿单元,该转轮除湿单元包括相互分隔的新风风道、再生风道、新风机、新风风机(14)和再生风机(17),还包括:
除湿转轮(12),用于热湿空气的除湿;
加热盘管(15),用于除湿转轮(12)的再生;
至少两个冷水盘管,用于热量的回收;
所述的除湿转轮(12)同时安装在新风风道和再生风道内,所述的再生风机(17)设于再生风道出风处,所述的新风风机(14)设于新风风道出风处和新风机入风处;
所述的加热盘管(15)位于再生风道内,并位于除湿转轮(12)和再生风道入风处之间;所述的再生风道内,再生风机(17)与除湿转轮(12)之间设有冷水盘管,所述的新风风道内设有至少一个冷水盘管;
该系统还包括:
高温热泵热水单元,用于向加热盘管(15)提供热量;
冷冻水单元,用于向冷水盘管提供冷量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,其特征在于,所述的再生风机(17)与除湿转轮(12)之间设有第三冷水盘管(16),所述的新风风道入风处与除湿转轮(12)之间设有第一冷水盘管(11),所述的除湿转轮(12)与新风风机(14)之间设有第二冷水盘管(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,其特征在于,所述的冷水盘管的进水管路上设有阀门和/或温度计,出水管路上设有电动阀和/或手动阀门和/或温度计。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,其特征在于,所述的高温热泵热水单元包括热水箱(21)和可产生热水的热泵机组(8),所述的热水箱(21)一端与加热盘管(15)相连,另一端与热泵机组(8)的冷凝器相连。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,其特征在于,所述的加热盘管(15)进水管路上设有温度计和/或止回阀和/或水泵,出水管路上设有温度计和/或电动截止阀;所述的热水箱(21)与热泵机组(8)的出水管路上设有热水泵(22)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,其特征在于,所述的热水箱(21)为开式水箱,与蒸汽冷凝水或工厂余热水相连。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,其特征在于,所述的冷冻水单元包括冷水箱(31)和可产生冷水的热泵机组(8),所述的冷水箱(31)一端与冷水盘管相连,另一端与热泵机组(8)的蒸发器相连。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,其特征在于,所述的冷水箱(31)与冷水盘管的出水管路上还设有水泵和/或止回阀,进水管路上还设有电动截止阀;所述的冷水箱(31)与热泵机组(8)的出水管路上设有冷水泵(34)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,其特征在于,所述的冷水箱(31)为开式水箱,与冷源冷水外接。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种高温热泵热水型低温再生转轮除湿新风系统,其特征在于,所述的冷水箱(31)与风冷冷水热泵机组(32)相连;所述的风冷冷水热泵机组(32)进水管路上设有止回阀和/或水泵,出水管路上设有电动截止阀。
