Abstract

[0001] 本发明涉及一种全热回收新风机组,特别是热泵再生转轮式全热回收调湿控温新风机组。
背景技术
[0002] 我国民用建筑空调系统大都采用新回风混合模式,由于大部分空气在室内循环,使得污染物不能很快的排到室外,危害人类健康。加大新风量(或采用全新风的运行方式),可以将室内的有害物质稀释并排出室外,明显提高室内空气品质。但另一方面,新风量的增加使得新风处理能耗大大增加,新风负荷约占空调总负荷的30%-40%。另外对空气的处理方式目前多采用冷冻水或直接蒸发的除湿方式,这种空调方式存在以下几个方面的弊端:一、风冷式制冷机的冷凝温度较高,能效比低;ニ、为了提供较低的冷冻水温度,需要较低的蒸发温度,使冷水机的效率也随之降低;三、难以适应热湿比的变化。只通过蒸发方式对空气 进行冷却和除湿,其吸收的显热与潜热比只能在一定的范围内变化,而建筑物实际需要的热湿比却在较大的范围内变化。一般是牺牲对湿度的控制,通过仅满足室内温度的要求来妥协,造成室内相対湿度过高或过低的现象;四、因出风温度过低导致冷凝水的存在,盘管的表面形成了滋生各种霉菌的温床,恶化了室内空气品质,引发多种病态建筑综合症。
[0003] 此热泵再生转轮式全热回收调湿控温新风机组,其基本功能为:新风与排风先经过空气-空气热回收装置进行初歩全热回收,然后通过热泵系统的蒸发器对新风进行预冷除湿处理新风的潜热及部分显热,再通过除湿转轮对新风进ー步吸附式除湿来处理新风的潜热,因而不存在出风温度过低而结露的危险;同时利用热泵系统的冷凝热量对除湿转轮进行再生,通过排风机带走除湿转轮吸附的水分。新风处理机组还同时承担去除室内C02、异味,以保证室内空气质量的任务。
[0004] 在中央空调系统中,需要新风处理机组提供干燥的室外新风,以满足排湿、排C02、排味和提供新鮮空气的需求。传统的转轮除湿方式,是以蒸汽、高温热水及电热为再生能源,热能利用效率低,其实质是除湿与再生这两个过程都是等焓过程而非等温过程,造成很大的不可逆损失。把再生能源改用热泵系统则解决了这个问题,从而实现接近等温的吸湿过程,从而大大提高了机组的能效比。
[0005] 本发明以室内低湿排风作为再生风,利用除湿转轮的除湿与再生功能同时利用热泵冷凝热作为再生热量,使低品味热源得以利用,由于热泵可获得比驱动能源多的热量,有助于节能和改善因燃煤、燃油造成的环境污染状況。

[0014] 当室外空气为高温潮湿空气时,开启压缩机,室外新风依次经过空气-空气热回收装置及蒸发器,新排风经全热回收及被蒸发器预冷除湿后,再经过除湿转轮除湿及冷凝热回收器升温后送入室内,以调节所需的出风温湿度。空气-空气热回收装置的目的是新排风进行初歩全热回收;蒸发器的目的是通过冷媒蒸发的低露点温度,除去高温潮湿的室外新风中的水分。除湿转轮的目的是以吸附式除湿的方式,除去新风中的潜热,达到所需的出风含湿量;冷凝热回收器的目的是调节所需的出风温度及相対湿度。室内低温低湿排风依次经过空气-空气热回收装置及冷凝器,利用冷凝热作为再生热量,对除湿转轮进行再生,把空气中的水分排出室外,同时对热泵系统起着降低耗电量提高能效比的作用。

[0016] 当室外空气为低温干燥空气时,开启压缩机,四通换向阀的a、d接ロ连通,b、c接ロ连通,通过四通阀换向实现蒸发器和冷凝器的相互转换,同时除湿转轮的除湿部分与再生部分也相互转换。室外干燥、低温的新风依次经过空气-空气热回收装置、冷凝器、除湿转轮的再生部分及ニ级加湿器,新风被加热加湿后送入室内。冷凝器的排热量用于加热新风。室内高温高湿空气通过空气-空气热回收装置、蒸发器及转轮除湿部分,降温除湿后被排出室外,蒸发器的蒸发温度如低于室内排风的露点温度,凝结水则供给第一加湿器使用,通过蒸发器的空气降温的同时相对湿度也接近饱和,有利于提高除湿转轮吸湿部分的吸湿能力,供给新风侧除湿转轮的再生部分释放水分;在出风相对湿度未能达到要求时,开启第ニ加湿器,利用外部能源进行加湿。第一电磁阀开启,第二电磁阀关闭,冷凝热回收器不エ作。

[0018] 本发明采用全热回收技术,热泵技术及除湿转轮相结合处理空调新风的温湿度,特别适合于全新风恒温恒湿系统;通过在新风部分附加过滤及杀菌装置可以除去空气中夹带的灰尘和细菌,起到浄化空气的作用,改善了室内空气品质;系统回收室内排风的能量,减小了新风处理能耗;利用热泵产生的冷凝热作为再生热量,使低品味热源得以利用,由于 热泵可获得比驱动能源多的热量,有助于节能和改善因燃煤、燃油造成的环境污染状況。

[0022] 參见图1,本热泵再生转轮式全热回收调湿控温新风机组由空气-空气热回收装置、除湿转轮、排风部分、新风处理部分和热泵系统组成。除湿转轮为12 ;热泵系统包括压缩机I、四通换向阀2、蒸发器10、冷凝器3、冷凝热回收器6及节流部件9 ;排风部分由排风机4执行,新风处理部分由新风机7执行。

[0024] 热泵系统中通过四通换向阀2,压缩机I的排气ロ与冷凝器3的一端连接,压缩机I的吸气ロ与蒸发器10的一端连接,冷凝器3的另一端通过节流部件9与蒸发器10的另ー端连接。冷凝器3与节流部件9之间还连接有第一电磁阀8,第一电磁阀8两端并联有冷凝热回收器6,其中,第一电磁阀8与冷凝器3连接的一端与通过第二电磁阀5与冷凝热回收器6连接;冷凝热回收器6设置在新风出风ロ处。

[0029] 參见图1,室外新风依次经过空气-空气热回收装置11及蒸发器10,被空气-空气热回收装置11进行初歩全热交换及蒸发器10预冷除湿后,再经过除湿转轮12进行除湿及冷凝热回收器6调温调湿后送入室内,以达到所需的出风温湿度。空气-空气热回收装置11的目的是新排风进行初歩全热回收;蒸发器10的目的是通过冷媒蒸发的低露点温度,除去高温潮湿的室外新风中的水分;除湿转轮12的目的是以吸附式除湿的方式,除去新风中的潜热,达到所需的出风含湿量;冷凝热回收器6的目的是调节出风的温度及相対湿度。室内排风依次经过空气-空气热回收装置11及冷凝器3,利用冷凝热作为再生热量,对除湿转轮12再生,把空气中的水分排出室外,同时热泵系统起着降低耗电量提高能效比的作用。

Claims (7)
1.本热泵再生转轮式全热回收调湿控温新风机组,其特征是由空气-空气热回收装置、除湿转轮、排风部分、新风处理部分和热泵系统组成;除湿转轮为(12);热泵系统包括压缩机(I)、四通换向阀(2)、蒸发器(10)、冷凝器(3)、冷凝热回收器(6)及节流部件(9);排风部分由排风机(4)执行,新风处理部分由新风机(7)执行。
2.根据权利要求I所述的热泵再生转轮式全热回收调湿控温新风机组,其特征是所述压缩机(I)的排气口与冷凝器(3)的一端连接,压缩机(I)的吸气口与蒸发器(10)的一端连接,冷凝器(3 )的另一端通过节流部件(9 )与蒸发器(10 )的另一端连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热泵再生转轮式全热回收调湿控温新风机组,其特征是所述冷凝器(3 )与节流部件(9 )之间还连接有第一电磁阀(8 ),第一电磁阀两端并联有冷凝热回收器(6),其中,第一电磁阀(8)与冷凝器(3)连接的一端与通过第二电磁阀(5)与冷凝热回收器(6)连接;冷凝热回收器设置在新风出风口处。
4.根据权利要求I所述的热泵再生转轮式全热回收调湿控温新风机组,其特征是所述 在冷凝热回收器(6)与除湿转轮(12)之间还有二级加湿器,第一加湿器(13)为湿膜式,可利用冬季蒸发器的蒸发温度低于室内排风的露点温度时产生的凝结水对室外温干燥新风进行加湿,第二加湿器(14)有多种型式:如电热式,电极式,蒸汽式,湿膜式,红外线式,对干燥新风进一步加湿。
5.根据权利要求I所述的热泵再生转轮式全热回收调湿控温新风机组,其特征是所述除湿转轮(12)分为除湿部分及再生部分。
6.根据权利要求I所述的热泵再生转轮式全热回收调湿控温新风机组,其特征是所述新风部分通过空气-空气热回收装置(11)与新风入风口处相连,排风部分通过空气-空气热回收装置(11)与排风入风口处相连,通过热泵系统的蒸发器与冷凝器后再由除湿转轮进行除湿及再生。
7.根据权利要求3所述的热泵再生转轮式全热回收调湿控温新风机组,其特征是所述冷凝热回收器(6)与冷凝器(3)串联连接,用于回收制冷系统的冷凝热,升高新风出风温度及降低相对湿度。
