Claims (4)
- 回転電機の固定子の製造方法であって、
前記固定子は、コイルと、前記コイルを収納するスロットが形成される固定子コアとを有し、
第1の温度では粘度が低く、前記第1の温度より高い第2の温度では粘度が高くなる樹脂部材が注入側から前記スロット内に充填されるものであって、
前記製造方法は、
前記コイルの溶接エンド側である注入側では前記第1の温度となり、前記コイルの非溶接エンド側である前記注入側の反対側では前記第2の温度となるように、前記固定子コアに温度差をつける第1工程と、
前記温度差を維持した状態で、前記樹脂部材を前記注入側から注入する第2工程とを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法であって、
前記第2工程において、前記固定子コアの軸を垂直から傾けた状態で前記樹脂部材を注入することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法であって、
前記第2工程において、軸を中心に前記固定子コアを回転、回動又は揺動させながら前記樹脂部材を注入することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の製造方法によって製造された固定子コアであって、
前記スロット内において、前記注入側では前記樹脂部材の充填率が高い領域が形成され、前記注入側の反対側では充填率が低い領域が形成されることを特徴とする固定子コア。
