Claims (11)
- 第1直流電圧を用いてインバーター制御電圧およびモーター駆動電圧を生成する高電圧回路ユニットと、
前記高電圧回路ユニットを電気的に接続する高電圧回路パターンと、
前記第1直流電圧よりも大きさが小さい第2直流電圧を用いて外部デバイスと通信する低電圧回路ユニットと、
前記低電圧回路ユニットを電気的に接続する低電圧回路パターンと、を含み、
前記高電圧回路パターンと前記低電圧回路パターンとは、離隔して配置され、
前記高電圧回路ユニットは、
前記第1直流電圧を介して駆動される第1回路部と、
前記第1直流電圧よりも大きさが小さい第3直流電圧を介して駆動される第2回路部と、
前記第3直流電圧よりも大きさが小さい第4直流電圧を介して駆動される第3回路部と、を含み、
前記第1回路部、前記第2回路部、および前記第3回路部は、前記高電圧回路パターン上に配置され、
前記第1回路部、前記第2回路部、および前記第3回路部は、インバーター駆動時に電流方向に沿って順次に配置され、
前記第2回路部を構成する複数の素子は、第1方向に沿って順次に配置され、
前記第3回路部を構成する複数の素子は、前記第1方向と所定の角度を形成する第2方向に沿って順次に配置され、
前記第3回路部を構成する複数の素子は、前記第2方向に沿って前記第2回路部から離れるように順次に配置されていることを特徴とするインバーターモジュール。 - 前記高電圧回路パターンおよび前記低電圧回路パターンは、基板に印刷され、
前記基板上で前記高電圧回路パターンが印刷された領域と前記低電圧回路パターンが印
刷された領域とは、互いに分離していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバーター
モジュール。 - 前記第1回路部は、
前記第1直流電圧を介して前記第3直流電圧を生成する第1SMPSと、
スイッチング駆動によって前記第1直流電圧を前記モーター駆動電圧に変換する複数のスイッチング素子と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバーターモジュール。 - 前記第2回路部は、
前記第3直流電圧を介して前記第4直流電圧を生成する第2SMPSと、
前記第3直流電圧を介して前記複数のスイッチング素子を制御するゲートドライバーと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のインバーターモジュール。 - 前記第3回路部は、
前記第4直流電圧を介して前記ゲートドライバーを制御し、前記低電圧回路ユニットと通信するプロセッサを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のインバーターモジュール。 - 前記低電圧回路ユニットは、
前記第2直流電圧の入力を受けるコネクタ部と、
前記第2直流電圧を介して前記外部デバイスと通信する第4回路部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバーターモジュール。 - 前記コネクタ部および前記第4回路部は、
前記低電圧回路パターン上に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインバーターモジュール。 - 前記コネクタ部および前記第4回路部は、
離隔して配置され、前記コネクタ部と前記第4回路部との間に前記高電圧回路パターンが交差しないように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインバーターモジュール。 - 前記高電圧回路ユニットと前記低電圧回路ユニットとの間で信号を伝達するトランシーバをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバーターモジュール。
- 前記トランシーバは、
前記高電圧回路ユニットと前記低電圧回路ユニットとの間を絶縁する絶縁素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のインバーターモジュール。 - 請求項1ないし請求項10に記載のうちのいずれか一項に記載のインバーターモジュールを含むことを特徴とする電動圧縮機。
