Description
一般的にソレノイドバルブは、電磁石の原理を用いてバルブを開放又は閉鎖するもので、詳細には一定方向に発生させた物理的な力を伝達して、シリンダーとプランジャーとの間の空孔を開放又は閉鎖することができる。空孔の開放又は閉鎖によりバルブは流体の流れを制御でき、電気、電子、機械装置などの様々な産業分野で広範囲に使用することができる。
前記パイロットプランジャーは、前記ソレノイドバルブの内部を移動可能に設けられ、前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドは、前記パイロットプランジャーの前記中空部の内部で移動可能に設けられ、前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドの移動と前記パイロットプランジャーの移動が相互独立して行われることを特徴とする。
また、前記中空部の内部に前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドの一側に付着可能に設けられたスプリングをさらに含むことを特徴とする。
また、前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドは、プラスチック又はゴム材質からなることができる。
本発明によれば、燃料電池システムの水素貯蔵系に水素などの燃料が充填される場合、高圧の充填圧を瞬間的に印加するか、又は充填流体が急激に流入することによって、ソレノイドバルブに加えられる衝撃量を、分散又は減殺させることができる。
本発明の実施例は様々な形態に変形可能であり、本発明の範囲が下記の実施例に限定されるものと解釈されてはならない。本実施例は、当業界で平均的な知識を有する者にとって、本発明をより完全に説明するために提供されるものである。
好ましくはメインプランジャー200とソレノイドバルブガイド700との間には、メインプランジャーの移動を調節するためのシール部材220が設けられ、更に好ましくはゴム材質などのO-リングが設けられる。
以下、図4を参考として本発明の一実施例による独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッド400を含むソレノイドバルブの作動に関して詳細に説明する。
高圧の充填ガス、好ましくは水素を流入する前のソレノイドバルブは、NC(Noramlly-closed)バルブであるため、メインプランジャー200は、メインシート100に密着し、パイロットプランジャー300は、メインプランジャー200に密着することで、バルブの閉鎖状態を維持することができる。この状態の各バルブ構成の位置状態を「バルブが元の位置にある」とする。
本発明の基本思想は、パイロットプランジャーを含むソレノイドバルブにおいて、パイロットプランジャーの移動とパイロットプランジャーヘッドの移動とが相互に独立して行われるということである。

- 高圧容器から延長される流路上の一地点に設けられ、前記流路を開放又は閉鎖するソレノイドバルブであって、
前記ソレノイドバルブの内部にガスが流入する空孔を有するメインシートと、
前記メインシートと密着又は脱離可能に配備されたメインプランジャーと、
前記ソレノイドバルブ内部の前記メインプランジャーと当接して設けられ、内部に中空部を有するパイロットプランジャーと、
前記パイロットプランジャーの内部の一側に形成され、末端が前記メインプランジャーに当接可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドと、
を含み、
前記パイロットプランジャーは、前記ソレノイドバルブの内部を移動可能に設けられ、
前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドは、前記パイロットプランジャーの前記中空部の内部を移動可能に設けられ、前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドの移動と前記パイロットプランジャーの移動とが相互に独立して行われ、
前記メインプランジャーと前記パイロットプランジャーとが当接する面に形成された突起を更に含むことを特徴とする独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記突起は、金属からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記中空部の内部に、前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドの一側に付着可能に設けられたスプリングを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記中空部の内部に設けられて、前記スプリングを収容するスプリングガイドを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記スプリングと前記パイロットプランジャーの内周面との間に設けられる摩擦部材を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記ソレノイドバルブの外周面を囲むためのソレノイドバルブガイドと、
前記ソレノイドバルブガイドの一端に締結される固定鉄心と、
を更に含み、
前記ソレノイドバルブガイドの他端には、前記メインシートが締結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記パイロットプランジャー及び前記メインプランジャーは、前記ソレノイドバルブガイドの内部に配置され、前記固定鉄心と前記メインシートとの間を移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記中空部の内部の前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドの一側に付着可能となるように設けられたスプリングを更に含み、
前記スプリングの一側は、前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドに締結され、前記スプリングの他側は、前記固定鉄心に締結されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記メインプランジャーと前記ソレノイドバルブガイドとの間に設けられ、前記メインプランジャーの移動を調節する摩擦部材を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドは、プラスチック又はゴム材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記ソレノイドバルブは、前記高圧容器の充填流路と供給流路とが同一であるシステムに設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。
- 前記メインプランジャーは前記メインプランジャーの中央を貫通する流路を更に含み、
前記流路の一端は前記メインシートの前記空孔に連結され、前記流路の他端は前記パイロットプランジャーヘッドに密着又は脱離できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立して挙動可能なパイロットプランジャーヘッドを含むソレノイドバルブ。
