Description

Claims (15)
- フローセルを通して流体を導くための少なくとも1つの蛇行形状のフローチャネル(3)を形成するように嵌合可能な上部(1)および下部(2)を含む、流体からの標的粒子または標的細胞の選択的濃縮または単離のためのマイクロ流体フローセルであって、前記蛇行形状のフローチャネル(3)は、前記フローセルの対向する側から交互に延びる複数の離間した内壁部(4)によって画定され、前記フローチャネル(3)は、前記標的粒子または細胞に対する親和性を有する分子により被覆された少なくとも1つの表面を含み、前記内壁部(4)の1つ以上は、前記フローチャネル(3)に沿って流れる流体の流れの一部が前記内壁部(4)を横切るようにする少なくとも1つの開口部(6)を含むことを特徴とする、マイクロ流体フローセル。
- 前記フローセルが複数のフローチャネル(3)を有する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体フローセル。
- 前記フローセルが、ガラス、プラスチック、シリコンまたはポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)からなる、請求項1または2に記載のマイクロ流体フローセル。
- 前記被覆が、抗体またはアプタマーを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体フローセル。
- 前記フローセルが、少なくとも1つの入口(7)および少なくとも1つの出口(8)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体フローセル。
- 前記蛇行形状のフローチャネル(3)が、0.9~1.8mmの幅を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体フローセル。
- 前記開口部(6)が、10~100μmの幅を有するスリットである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体フローセル。
- 前記フローセルが、幅≦2cmおよび/または長さ≦5cmである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体フローセル。
- 前記蛇行形状のフローチャネル(3)が、100~300μmの高さを有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体フローセル。
- 垂直配向された濾過カートリッジ(24)に流体接続され、前記濾過カートリッジ(24)は、廃棄物導管(26)に接続された漏斗状容器の頂部にフィルタ要素(25)を含む漏斗状容器(22)を含み、前記濾過カートリッジ(24)は、流体サンプルを前記漏斗状容器(22)に導くための入口をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体フローセル。
- (a)請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体フローセル、および
(b)前記流体を前記マイクロ流体フローセルを通して導くための少なくとも1つのポンプ、
を含むマイクロ流体デバイス。 - 血小板および/または赤血球を除去するためのフィルタ要素をさらに含む、請求項11に記載のマイクロ流体デバイス。
- 流体サンプルからの標的粒子または細胞の単離のための、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体フローセルまたは請求項11または12に記載のマイクロ流体デバイスの、使用。
- 流体からの標的粒子または細胞の選択的濃縮方法であって、
(a)請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体フローセルを通して前記流体のサンプルを導くこと、および
(b)前記被覆された表面から前記粒子または細胞を得ること、
を含む、方法。 - 前記流体の前記サンプルが、請求項10に記載のマイクロ流体フローセルを通して導かれ、前記サンプルが前記フィルタ要素(25)と接触するように、前記流体のサンプルを前記漏斗状容器(22)に注入すること、ここで、前記漏斗状容器(22)は、小さな化合物、粒子または細胞が、重力により前記フィルタ要素(25)を通過し、前記廃棄物導管(26)を介して除去されることを可能にする位置に保持され、およびその後、前記サンプルが前記マイクロ流体フローセルと接触するように、前記濾過カートリッジ(24)の位置を変更することをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
