Claims (5)
- 切削工具を回転させながらワークを切り込む切り込み動作と、前記切削工具を回転させながら前記切削工具を後退させる戻り動作とを繰り返しながら深穴あけ加工を行う深穴加工実行部と、
前記切り込み動作における各切り込み後の前記切削工具の位置に応じた切粉排出時間を算出する切粉排出時間算出部と、を備え、
前記深穴加工実行部は、前記切粉排出時間の間、前記戻り動作を行う、
数値制御装置。 - 前記切粉排出時間算出部は、前記切削工具の回転数、刃数、半径及びねじれ角と、前記切り込み動作における各切り込み後の前記切削工具の位置と、切粉分断能力係数とに基づいて前記切粉排出時間を算出し、
前記深穴加工実行部は、前記切粉排出時間の間、前記戻り動作を行う、請求項1に記載の数値制御装置。 - 前記切粉排出時間算出部は、前記深穴あけ加工を行う加工プログラムの引数指令において、前記ねじれ角の指令がない場合、予め定めたねじれ角を前記切粉排出時間の算出に採用する、請求項2に記載の数値制御装置。
- 前記深穴加工実行部は、前記深穴あけ加工を行う加工プログラムの引数指令においてドウェルを指令する引数を含む場合、前記加工プログラムの指令値までの全ての切込みが終了した穴底に対して、前記切削工具の回転を継続したまま、引数で指令した時間だけ停止動作を行う、請求項2又は3に記載の数値制御装置。
- 前記深穴加工実行部は、前記深穴あけ加工を行う加工プログラムの引数指令において退避速度を指令する引数を含む場合、前記引数によって指令される前記退避速度を用いて前記切削工具を移動する、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の数値制御装置。
