Claims (2)
- エンドミルを用いて被加工物に所定の加工を行わせるべく、前記被加工物の加工領域を予め定めた固定サイクルの組み合わせに置き換え、各固定サイクル内での前記エンドミルの送り経路及び送り速度を、前記エンドミルに加わる切削抵抗の予測値を最適化すべく定めてなるNCプログラムを作成し、該NCプログラムに従って与えられる制御指令に応じてNC工作機械に加工動作を行わせるNC工作機械の加工制御システムにおいて、
前記被加工物の加工中に前記エンドミルに実際に加わる切削抵抗を算出する実抵抗算出手段と、
前記制御指令をフィードフォワード補正するフィードフォワード制御要素と、
該フィードフォワード制御要素の制御ゲインを、前記実抵抗算出手段による算出結果に基づいて変更する手段と
を備えることを特徴とするNC工作機械の加工制御システム。 - 前記実抵抗算出手段は、前記NC工作機械の駆動用モータのモータ電流の検出値を用いて前記切削抵抗を算出する請求項1記載のNC工作機械の加工制御システム。
