Description
Claims (15)
- 解剖学的表面置換型人工関節からリバース型人工肩関節への変換を可能にするための関節窩アダプタ(1)であって、
自身の軸(X)を有する内部中空のピンとして構成され、関節窩アンカー(100)を介して肩甲骨(300)の関節窩(301)に固定されるように構成された少なくとも1つの固定用突出部(2)と、
前記固定用突出部(2)と一体のフランジ(4)と、
前記フランジ(4)と一体であり、前記固定用突出部(2)とは反対の方向に延在し、凸状の関節面(11)を備えたリバース型人工関節の関節コンポーネント(10)と結合されるように構成され、自身の長手方向軸(Y)を有する取付部(3)と
を備え、
前記固定用突出部(2)および前記取付部(3)が円錐台形状を有し、前記取付部の軸(Y)が前記固定用突出部の軸(X)に対して位置ずれしており、
前記フランジ(4)は、前記固定用突出部(2)がそこから隆起している関節窩面(4a)を有する、関節窩アダプタ(1)。 - 円錐台形状の前記固定用突出部(2)が、前記関節窩アンカー(100)に固定されるように構成され、前記関節窩アンカー(100)が、固定ねじ(30)を介して前記関節窩(301)に固定可能である、請求項1に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記関節窩アンカー(100)は、内部中空のピンであり、内側端(120)と、内部表面(112)によって画定される内部空洞(110)と連通する開放近位端(111)とを有し、前記アダプタ(1)の前記固定用突出部(2)が、前記内部空洞(110)の前記内部表面(112)と締り嵌めまたはモース円錐結合により結合することが可能な外部表面(2a)を備える、請求項2に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記外部表面(2a)が円錐状であり、前記関節窩アンカー(100)の空洞(110)の前記内部表面(112)も円錐状である、請求項3に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記関節窩アンカー(100)の前記内側端(120)が、前記内部空洞(110)と連通する孔(121)によって開放され、前記固定用突出部(2)が、前記関節窩アンカー(100)の前記孔(121)内に、ねじ締め中に係合することが可能な、第1の前記固定ねじ(30)を挿入するための突出部貫通孔(2c)を備える、請求項3または4に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記フランジ(4)が、前記関節窩(301)と接触するように構成された凸状の近位面(4a)と、前記近位面(4a)の反対側の遠位面(4b)とを備え、前記固定用突出部(2)が前記近位面(4a)から内側方向に延在しており、前記取付部(3)が前記遠位面(4b)から側方向に延在している、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記フランジ(4)が略球状キャップの形状を有しており、前記固定用突出部の軸(X)が前記近位面(4a)の周辺領域(7)と交差する、請求項6に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記フランジ(4)が略球状キャップの形状を有しており、前記取付部の軸(Y)が前記近位面(4a)の周辺領域(7)と交差する、請求項6または7に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記フランジ(4)が、前記関節窩(301)内に挿入することが可能な少なくとも1つの安定化骨ねじ(20、21)を通すための、前記近位面(4a)から前記遠位面(4b)まで前記フランジ(4)と交差する少なくとも1つの貫通穴(5、6a、6b、6c)を備える、請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの中心貫通孔(5)が実質的に、前記近位面(4a)の中心において形成された、請求項9に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記フランジ(4)が略球状キャップの形状を有しており、少なくとも1つの周辺貫通孔(6a、6b、6c)が前記近位面(4a)の周辺領域(7)において形成されている、請求項9または10に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記取付部(3)がねじ付きの円筒形空洞(43)を備え、前記リバース型人工関節の前記関節コンポーネント(10)が、前記円筒形空洞(43)と係合する第2の固定ねじ(31)により、前記取付部(3)と結びつけることが可能な、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記取付部(3)が、前記関節コンポーネント(10)の内部結合面(13a)と接触して結合可能な外部取付面(3a)を備える、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 前記外部取付面(3a)が円錐状であり、および前記内部結合面(13a)も円錐状である、請求項13に記載のアダプタ(1)。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の関節窩アダプタ(1)、関節窩アンカー(100)、およびリバース型人工関節の凸状関節コンポーネント(10)を備えるリバース型人工肩関節。
