Description
MXn
(式中、Mは金属であり、Xは、各々、同一又は異なってもよい加水分解性基であり、2つのX基が二座配位加水分解性基若しくはオキソ基で置換されていてもよく、又は、3つのX基が三座配位加水分解性基で置換されていてもよく、nは元素の価数に相当し、3又は4であることが多い)の少なくとも1種の化合物である。
RaSiX(4-a) (II)
(式中、ラジカルRは、同一でも異なってもよい非加水分解性基であり、ラジカルXは、同一でも異なってもよい加水分解性基又はヒドロキシ基であり、aは、1、2、又は3である)のシラン、又はこのシラン由来のオリゴマーが挙げられる。aの値は、好ましくは1又は2である。
好ましくは炭素数1~24であるカルボン酸の例としては、飽和モノカルボン酸(例えば、ギ酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸、酪酸、ペンタン酸、ヘキサン酸、カプリン酸、ステアリン酸、フェニル酢酸、安息香酸)、カルボキシル基を2つ以上有する飽和ポリカルボン酸(例えば、シュウ酸、マロン酸、アジピン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、及びフタル酸)、不飽和カルボン酸(例えば、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、クロトン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、及びオレイン酸)、及びヒドロキシカルボン酸(例えば、グリコール酸、乳酸、リンゴ酸、及びクエン酸)、並びに、これらカルボン酸の誘導体、例えば、無水物、エステル(好ましくは、メチルメタクリレート等のC1~C4-アルキルエステル)、及びアミドも挙げられる。
N-ドープTiO2ナノ粒子をソルボサーマル法により製造した。24.26gのチタンイソプロポキシドを、26.36gの1-プロパノールに溶解した。1.58gのHNO3(68%)を、5gの1-プロパノールに添加し、撹拌しながら、チタンテトライソプロポキシド溶液に添加した。2.56gの水を、10gの1-プロパノールに溶解し、ゆっくりとチタンテトライソプロポキシド溶液に滴加した。得られた溶液を20分間撹拌し、オートクレーブ用のテフロン製容器へと移し、225℃で1時間加熱した。加熱速度は、5K/分とした。冷却後、上澄み液を静かに移し、残渣からロータリーエバポレーターを用いて溶媒を除去した。収量:7.5gの褐色の固体、粒子径:11.8nm。図1及び図2に、得られた粒子の透過型電子顕微鏡写真を示す。
C/N-ドープTiO2ナノ粒子をソルボサーマル法により製造した。24.26gのチタンイソプロポキシドを、26.36gの1-プロパノールに溶解した。1.58gのHNO3(68%)を、5gの1-プロパノールに添加し、撹拌しながら、チタンテトライソプロポキシド溶液に添加した。2.56gの水及び0.3gのグルコースを、10gの1-プロパノールに溶解し、ゆっくりとチタンテトライソプロポキシド溶液に滴加した。得られた溶液を20分間撹拌し、オートクレーブ用のテフロン製容器へと移し、225℃で1時間加熱した。加熱速度は、5K/分とした。冷却後、上澄み液を静かに移し、残渣からロータリーエバポレーターを用いて溶媒を除去した。収量:7.89gの褐色の固体、粒子径:13.5nm。
0.3g~0.9gの粒子(No.1又はNo.2による)を、4gの0.1MのHNO3に分散させた。粒子1g当たり0.67mlの3,6,9-トリオキサデカン酸を添加した。10分撹拌した後、46gの2-イソプロポキシエタノールを添加した。
ディップコートによりガラス基板を被覆した。清浄したガラス基板を、No.3によるゾルに浸漬した。引上げ速度は、1mm/秒~5mm/秒とした。光学的に透明な層が得られた。
硝酸銀溶液(0.845gのAgNO3を10gの蒸留水に溶解したもの)とTRIS溶液(1.284gのトリス(ヒドロキシメチル)アミノメタンを10gの蒸留水に溶解したもの)の混合物0.5mlを、被覆顕微鏡スライド(No.4による)に塗布した。得られた溶液を、モノクロメーターを用いて分離した1000WのHg/Xeランプからの光に5分間露光した。435nmの波長まで、銀の成膜が確認された。
硝酸銀溶液(0.845gのAgNO3を10gの蒸留水に溶解したもの)とTRIS溶液(1.284gのトリス(ヒドロキシメチル)アミノメタンを10gの蒸留水に溶解したもの)の混合物0.5mlを、被覆顕微鏡スライド(No.4による)に塗布した。得られた溶液を、405nmのLEDからの光に露光した。たった3分で導電層が得られた。
硝酸銀溶液(0.845gのAgNO3を10gの蒸留水に溶解したもの)とTRIS溶液(1.284gのトリス(ヒドロキシメチル)アミノメタンを10gの蒸留水に溶解したもの)の混合物0.5mlを、被覆顕微鏡スライド(No.4による、粒子はNo.1による)に塗布した。これを、第2の顕微鏡スライドでカバーし、1000WのHg/Xeランプからの光に10秒露光した。導電層が得られた。
硝酸銀溶液(0.845gのAgNO3を10gの蒸留水に溶解したもの)とTRIS溶液(1.284gのトリス(ヒドロキシメチル)アミノメタンを10gの蒸留水に溶解したもの)の混合物0.5mlを、被覆顕微鏡スライド(No.4による、粒子はNo.1による)に塗布した。この上に、レーザー(376nm)を用いてグリッド構造を刻んだ。得られた銀構造は導電性である。
銀錯体溶液を、被覆基板(No.4による、粒子はNo.1による)と、石英ガラスからなるマスクとの間に導入した。この溶液を、マスクを介して1000WのHg/Xeランプに露光した。導電性構造(5μm線幅)が得られるまでの露光時間は、1分である(非ドープTiO2:3分)。
Claims (8)
- ドープナノ粒子の製造方法であって、
a)少なくとも1種の加水分解性金属化合物と、ヒドロキシル基を少なくとも1つ有する少なくとも1種の化合物と、窒素原子を少なくとも1つ有する少なくとも1種の鉱酸とを含む組成物を準備する工程と、
b)前記組成物に水熱処理を行う工程と、
c)前記ナノ粒子を分離する工程と、
を有し、
前記窒素原子を少なくとも1つ有する鉱酸が硝酸であること、及び、
前記組成物が窒素原子を少なくとも1つ有する有機化合物を含まないこと、を特徴とする、方法。 - 前記加水分解性化合物が、式MXn
(式中、Mは、Mg、B、Al、Ga、In、Si、Ge、Sn、Pb、Y、Ti、Zr、V、Nb、Ta、Mo、W、Fe、Cu、Ag、Zn、Cd、Ce、及びLaからなる群から選ばれ、nは金属の価数に相当し、Xは加水分解性基である)
の化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ヒドロキシル基を少なくとも1つ有する少なくとも1種の化合物が200℃未満の沸点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシル基を少なくとも1つ有する少なくとも1種の化合物が、低級脂肪族アルコールであることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子が、光触媒活性を有するナノ粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子が、400nmを超える波長においても光触媒活性を有する光触媒活性ナノ粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法で製造されたナノ粒子の、金属層の成膜のための使用。
- 金属構造の製造方法であって、
(a)請求項5に記載の方法で製造された光触媒活性を有するナノ粒子を開始剤として含む開始剤組成物を、基板に塗布する工程と、
(b)少なくとも1種の金属層前駆体化合物を含む前駆体組成物を、前記基板に塗布する工程と、
(c)前記開始剤に対する電磁放射線の作用により、前記前駆体化合物を金属へと還元する工程と、
を有する、方法。
