Description
ポリマーD、ポリマーEもしくはポリマーFを主とする高分子組成物または前記高分子組成物から得られた薄片(比較例7、比較例8および比較例9)と比較して、ポリマーA、ポリマーBもしくはポリマーCを主とする高分子組成物または前記高分子から得られた薄片(実施例5、実施例1および実施例8)は、高流動性と高弾性を同時に有するという利点を有している。上記の実験結果から分かるように、本発明の高分子組成物は高流動性という利点を有しているので、本発明の高分子組成物を繊維または不織布材料に用いると、加工性を向上させて、繊維または不織布材料を順調に作成することができ;さらに、本発明の高分子組成物の薄片の50%降伏応力および永久ひずみ率等の測定結果を見てみると、本発明の高分子組成物は高弾性という利点を有しているので、本発明の高分子組成物を繊維または不織布材料に用いると、繊維または不織布材料の弾性を向上させることができ、製品の要求性能に合致することが分かる。

- 繊維または不織布材料に用いる高分子組成物であって、以下:ビニル芳香族系コポリマーを含み、前記ビニル芳香族系コポリマーは、式A1-B-A2で表示され、式中、ブロックA1およびブロックA2は、同一または相違するビニル芳香族ブロックであり、ブロックA1およびブロックA2のピーク分子量は3,800~4,800であり、ブロックBは水素化共役ジエンブロックであり、前記ビニル芳香族系コポリマーの共役ジエンモノマーの含有量中、ビニル基構造の含有量は32 重量%~50 重量%であり、前記ビニル芳香族系コポリマーの溶融流動指数は20 g/10分~60 g/10分 (230℃, 2.16 kg)であって、前記ビニル芳香族系コポリマーのピーク分子量の範囲が62,000~74,000であって、前記ビニル芳香族系コポリマーがスチレン-エチレン-ブチレン-スチレンブロックコポリマーであり;および、前記高分子組成物の総重量を基準として、0~30 重量%のオレフィン系高分子を含む、高分子組成物。
- 前記ビニル芳香族系コポリマーのビニル芳香族モノマー含量が16 重量%~28 重量%である、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記ビニル芳香族系コポリマーの共役ジエンモノマー含有量中、前記ビニル基構造の含有量が32重量%~45重量%である、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記ビニル芳香族系コポリマーの溶融流動指数が30 g/10分~50 g/10分 (230℃, 2.16 kg)である、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記ビニル芳香族系コポリマーの秩序-無秩序相転移温度が200℃~220℃である、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- ブロックA1およびブロックA2のピーク分子量が4,400~4,700である、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- ブロックBの水素化率が90%以上である、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記高分子組成物の50%降伏応力が0.49 MPaまたはそれより大きい、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記高分子組成物の永久ひずみ率が25%またはそれより小さい、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記オレフィン系ポリマーは、オレフィン系ホモポリマー、オレフィン系コポリマー、またはそれらの組合せである、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記オレフィン系ポリマーは、エチレン系ポリマーまたはプロピレン系ポリマーから選択される、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- オレフィン系ポリマーは、高密度ポリエチレン、イソタクチックポリプロピレン、エチレン-α-オレフィンコポリマーまたはそれらの組合せから選択される、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記オレフィン系ポリマーの含有量が、前記高分子組成物の総重量を基準として20重量%を超えない、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記高分子組成物が、前記オレフィン系ポリマーを含まない、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記オレフィン系ポリマーの含有量が、前記高分子組成物の総重量を基準として0 重量%より大きく、前記高分子組成物の溶融流動指数が20 g/10分~60 g/10分 (230℃, 2.16 kg)である、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- さらに、加工助剤を含む、請求項1に記載の高分子組成物。
- 前記加工助剤は、可塑剤、溶融強度向上剤、抗酸化剤、粘着防止剤、滑剤、軟化剤、相溶化剤、帯電防止剤、またはそれらの組合せである、請求項16に記載の高分子組成物。
- 請求項1~17のいずれかに記載の高分子組成物から製造される繊維。
- 少なくとも不織繊維層の多層構造を含む不織布であって、前記不織繊維層が請求項1~17のいずれかに記載の高分子組成物から製造される、不織布。
- 前記不織繊維層がスパンボンド法またはメルトブロー法で形成される、請求項19に記載の不織布。
