Claims (4)
- 車両挙動制御システム(10)に用いられる液圧制御ユニット(5)であって、
基体(51a)と、当該基体(51a)に組み込まれ、前記車両挙動制御システム(10)の作動液に生じさせる液圧を制御するための電磁弁(30)を含むコンポーネントと、を含む液圧制御機構(51)と、
前記コンポーネントの動作を制御する制御部(52b)を含む制御装置(52)と、
を備え、
前記制御装置(52)は、
前記電磁弁(30)の巻線(30d)に流れる電流の電流値を取得する取得部(52a)と、
前記電磁弁(30)の巻線(30d)への電流の印加開始時の前記電流値が上昇する過程において、前記電流値が一時的に下降する挙動を示したか否かを判定することによって、前記電磁弁(30)の固着の有無を診断する診断部(52c)と、
を含み、
前記診断部(52c)は、前記電流値が継続的に下降する際の前記電流値の下降量が基準値より大きい場合、前記電流値が一時的に下降する挙動を示したと判定し、前記電磁弁(30)の固着が生じていないと診断し、
前記診断部(52c)は、温度に応じて前記基準値を変化させる、
液圧制御ユニット。 - 前記診断部(52c)は、前記電磁弁(30)の巻線(30d)への電流の印加開始時の前記電流値が上昇する過程で前記電磁弁(30)の巻線(30d)に電力を供給する電源(6)の挙動が異常であったと判定された場合、前記電磁弁(30)の固着の診断結果を有効としない、
請求項1に記載の液圧制御ユニット。 - 前記制御装置(52)は、前記電磁弁(30)の固着が生じていると診断された場合、診断結果を報知装置(71)に報知させるための動作指令を出力する、
請求項1又は2に記載の液圧制御ユニット。 - モータサイクル(100)の車両挙動制御システム(10)に用いられる、
