Claims (12)
- 組織を縫合するための装置であって、前記装置は、
(a)細長いシャフトと、
(b)前記細長いシャフト内に配置された中空のニードルであって、前記ニードルは、前記ニードルの遠位端部に開けている細長いスリットと、前記ニードルの遠位範囲に配置される開口部とを有する、ニードルと、
(c)前記細長いシャフトの近位端部に配置されたハンドルと、
(d)前記ニードル内に、前記ニードルの長さに沿って単一列に配置された複数のアンカであって、前記複数のアンカの各々は、
細長い管状体と、
前記管状体に連結され、前記細長いスリットを通って前記ニードルから前記ニードルと前記細長いシャフトの内壁との間の空間に出るループと、
前記細長い管状体から外に向かって出現するフィンであって、前記フィンの自由端部は前記細長いシャフトの前記近位端部の方向を向いており、前記複数のアンカのうちの最遠位アンカのフィンは、前記ニードルから前記開口部を通って突出する、フィンと、
を含む、アンカと、
(e)前記細長いシャフトの長さに沿って配置され、前記ニードルと前記細長いシャフトの前記内壁との間の空間にあり、前記アンカの前記ループを連続して通された糸と、
(f)前記ニードルと前記細長いシャフトの前記内壁との間の空間に配置されたプッシュロッドであって、前記プッシュロッドは前記ハンドルによって作動可能であり、前記最遠位アンカのフィンを押し、それによって前記最遠位アンカを前記ニードルの遠位開口部から排出する、プッシュロッドと、
を含む、装置。 - 前記ループは前記細長い管状体の外壁から出現し、末端にリングを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループは、前記アンカに固定された近位カール、直線部分、および前記糸が通される遠位カールを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記細長いシャフト内で前記ニードル上に配置されるプッシュ管をさらに含み、前記プッシュロッドは前記プッシュ管の遠位端部に取り付けられ、前記プッシュロッドは前記プッシュ管を遠位方向に押すことによって作動する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記プッシュ管の近位端部に連結されるトリガを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記プッシュロッドは可撓性を有し、前記開口部を通過して前記フィンを押すときに曲がる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィンは、前記ループと反対側の前記細長い管状体から出現する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記ニードルが固定されたまま、前記細長いシャフトを前記ハンドルに引き込むように構成され、前記ニードルの遠位範囲が露出されて組織に侵入する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記シャフトの後ろ向きの動作を阻止する位置と、前記シャフトの後ろ向きの動作を許容する位置との間で動くことができる、シャフト制止レバーを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、周りに糸が巻き付けられるスプールを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記プッシュロッドに連結されているトリガを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記細長いシャフト内で前記ニードルの上に配置されたプッシュ管であって、前記プッシュロッドは前記プッシュ管の遠位端部に取り付けられ、前記プッシュロッドは前記プッシュ管を遠位方向に押すことによって作動する、プッシュ管と、
前記ハンドル内に含まれるトリガであって、前記トリガは前記プッシュ管に連結され、それによって、前記トリガを押し下げることで前記プッシュ管が遠位方向に押される、トリガと、
をさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
