Claims (8)
- 中空部を区画しており、被検者への穿刺を行うための針部材と、
前記針部材の前記中空部に位置する線状の検出部材と、を備え、
前記針部材の管状の側壁には、前記中空部に繋がる開口部が形成されていると共に、前記開口部と前記中空部を挟んで対向する位置に側壁補強部が形成されており、
前記針部材の内壁のうち前記側壁補強部が構成する補強部内壁は、前記中空部に向かって突出しており、
前記針部材の内壁には、前記補強部内壁に対して前記針部材の周方向において隣接する位置に、前記検出部材を受ける受け溝が形成されており、
前記側壁補強部は、前記側壁の一部を周方向の周囲よりも前記中空部に向かって突出するように屈曲させている屈曲部である、センサ。 - 前記針部材の先端部には、前記針部材の延在方向に対して傾斜する刃面を備える刃面部が形成されており、
前記屈曲部は、前記延在方向において、前記刃面部の位置には形成されておらず、前記刃面部より基端側の位置に形成されている、請求項1に記載のセンサ。 - 前記針部材の前記側壁のうち前記開口部を区画する縁部には、開口補強部が設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ。
- 前記補強部内壁は、頂部と、前記頂部から前記針部材の周方向の一方側に連続し、前記頂部から前記針部材の周方向の前記一方側に離れるにつれて前記頂部からの前記針部材の径方向における距離が増加する側部と、を備え、
前記側部は、前記受け溝を区画する溝壁を構成しており、前記側部は、前記検出部材を受ける受け面を構成する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載のセンサ。 - 前記検出部材の横断面の外形は略円形状であり、
前記受け面は、前記検出部材の周面と面接触可能な凹状の湾曲面を備える、請求項4に記載のセンサ。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載のセンサの前記針部材の製造方法であって、
側壁に開口部が形成されている、前記針部材となる管状体を取得する管状体取得工程と、
前記管状体の前記側壁のうち前記開口部と前記管状体の径方向において対向する位置に、プレス加工により、前記管状体の中空部に向かって突出する、前記側壁補強部となる前記屈曲部を形成する屈曲プレス工程と、を含む、針部材の製造方法。 - 前記管状体取得工程は、
板材の外縁に凹部を形成する凹部形成工程と、
前記凹部が形成されている外縁を別の外縁と突き合わせるように前記板材を管状に変形させる管状プレス工程と、を含む、請求項6に記載の針部材の製造方法。 - 前記管状体取得工程は、前記板材の前記凹部を区画する縁部に開口補強部を形成する開口補強部形成工程を更に含む、請求項7に記載の針部材の製造方法。
