Description
本発明は、内視鏡ライトガイドに関し、より具体的には、発光ダイオードのための可撓性ヒートシンクを有する内視鏡ライトガイドに関する。
内視鏡手術の分野では、様々な手術部位を照射するために、可視光を体内に向ける必要がある。従来、これは、光ファイバーライトガイドの遠位端を内視鏡の光ファイバーライトポストに取り付けることによって達成される。ライトガイドの対向する近位端は、電気光源に接続される。通常、光源は、最適化された光伝送のために内視鏡のライトポストに連結される光ファイバーケーブルを有する高出力ランプを含むAC電圧式電子エンクロージャである。既存の光ファイバーライトガイドの特徴の一つは、可撓性があり、体内の異なる手術部位を見るために内視鏡を調節または回転させる場合に、外科医によって容易に操作されうることである。
Claims (12)
- 内視鏡の光入力ポートに連結される可撓性電子ライトガイドであって、
発光ダイオードを支持するハウジングと、
前記発光ダイオードに連結された電力ケーブルと、
前記発光ダイオードに隣接し、そして前記電力ケーブルの周りに伸びて、前記発光ダイオードから熱を逃がす可撓性管と、を備える、可撓性電子ライトガイド。 - 前記可撓性管が、固体金属管が可撓性であることを可能にする所定のパターンに従って穿孔された固体金属管を含む、請求項1に記載の可撓性電子ライトガイド。
- 内視鏡のための可撓性電子ライトガイドであって、
発光ダイオードを支持するハウジングと、
前記発光ダイオードに連結された電力ケーブルと、
前記発光ダイオードに隣接し、そして前記電力ケーブルの周りに伸びて、前記発光ダイオードから熱を逃がす可撓性管と、を備え、
前記可撓性管が編組ワイヤジャケットを含み、
前記編組ワイヤジャケットが、互いに接触する複数の金属ボールを封入する、可撓性電子ライトガイド。 - 前記可撓性管が複数の金属を含む、請求項3に記載の可撓性電子ライトガイド。
- 内視鏡のための可撓性電子ライトガイドであって、
発光ダイオードを支持するハウジングと、
前記発光ダイオードに連結された電力ケーブルと、
前記発光ダイオードに隣接し、そして前記電力ケーブルの周りに伸びて、前記発光ダイオードから熱を逃がす可撓性管と、を備え、
前記可撓性管が中空管を含み、
前記可撓性電子ライトガイドが、
前記管の一方の端部に連結されたファンと、
前記管の他方の端部に連結され、前記発光ダイオードモジュールの周りに位置付けられたマニホールドと、をさらに備える、可撓性電子ライトガイド。 - 前記マニホールドが、一連の開口部を画定する前面を含む、請求項5に記載の可撓性電子ライトガイド。
- 前記ファンが、前記可撓性管が取り付けられるベースユニット内に位置付けられる、請求項6に記載の可撓性電子ライトガイド。
- 前記可撓性管が、流体貯蔵部に連結された中空管を含む、請求項1に記載の可撓性電子ライトガイド。
- 前記中空管が、所定の一方向への流体の流れのみを可能にするように構成された少なくとも一つの弁を含む、請求項8に記載の可撓性電子ライトガイド。
- 内視鏡のための可撓性電子ライトガイドであって、
発光ダイオードを支持するハウジングと、
前記発光ダイオードに連結された電力ケーブルと、
前記発光ダイオードに隣接し、そして前記電力ケーブルの周りに伸びて、前記発光ダイオードから熱を逃がす可撓性管と、を備え、
前記可撓性管が、ばねによって互いに接触して保持された一連の構成要素から形成されるリンク機構を含む、可撓性電子ライトガイド。 - 前記可撓性管が、複数の金属ボールが充填された中空管を含む、請求項1に記載の可撓性電子ライトガイド。
- 前記複数の金属ボールが、0.0625ミリメートル~2.00ミリメートルの直径を有する、請求項11に記載の可撓性電子ライトガイド。
