Description
Claims (1)
- 超硬合金からなる棒状のボディと、多結晶焼結ダイヤモンドからなり、前記ボディの前記先端部に接合され、先端部に切刃を有するヘッドとを備え、外周面に軸線を中心に螺旋状に延びる溝部が形成された切削工具であって、
前記ボディの内部に設けられ、前記ボディの後端部から前記先端部に向けて前記軸線を中心に螺旋状に延びる第一冷却剤通路と、
前記ボディの前記先端部に設けられたボディ側接合面に設けられ、前記第一冷却剤通路の出口である第一油穴と、
前記ヘッドの内部に設けられ、前記ヘッドの前記先端部に設けられた開口部から前記後端部に向けて前記溝部の捩じれる方向に沿うように延び、且つ前記軸線に対して傾斜する直線状に形成された延びる第二冷却剤通路と、
前記ヘッドの前記後端部であって、前記ボディ側接合面に接合されるヘッド側接合面に設けられ、前記第二冷却剤通路の入口であって、前記ボディ側接合面の前記第一油穴と連通する第二油穴と、
前記ボディ側接合面と前記ヘッド側接合面の間であって、前記第一油穴及び前記第二油穴の夫々の周囲を含む領域に亘って設けられ、銀ロウで形成された接着層とを備え、
前記ボディ側接合面には、内側に側面視V字状に凹む凹部が設けられ、
前記ヘッド側接合面には、側面視逆V字状に突出し、前記凹部に密着して嵌る凸部が設けられ、
前記第一油穴は、前記ボディ側接合面の前記凹部の底部に配置され、
前記第二油穴は、前記ヘッド側接合面の前記凸部の頂上部に配置されたことを特徴とする切削工具。
