Claims (8)
- ロッドハンガー(10)に装着される上部水平部(110)と、
前記上部水平部(110)の一端に上端が一体に結合され、下端がメインキャリア(2)の高さよりも長い長さを有するように重力方向で下へ伸びたメイン起立部(120)と、
前記メイン起立部(120)の下端で一端が一体に結合され、他端がメインキャリア(2)の横幅の幅で形成されてメインキャリア(2)が安着される下部パネル(130)と、
下部パネル(130)の他端に続いて、上部水平部(110)の他端方向に開放空間が形成されるように伸びた離脱防止締付片(150)と、を含み、
前記離脱防止締付片(150)は、前記上部水平部(110)の他端に向けて伸びる第1片(151)を含み、下端の一部分に前記第1片(151)が折曲可能となるように形成された切欠である第1切欠脆弱部(153)が構成されて離脱防止締付片(150)と上部水平部(110)が手作業で雌雄結合され、
メインキャリア離脱防止締付片(150)はメインキャリアの装着手段(100)の本体(B)と締結時に、前記メインキャリア離脱防止締付片(150)の前記第1片(151)の内面には固定片(157)が突出して形成されて、ロッドハンガー(10)の下端部フランジとメインキャリア(2)の上端部と接触してメインキャリア(2)とメインキャリア装着手段(100)の移動を防止することを特徴とする天井軽量鉄骨構造メインキャリアの装着手段。 - 前記ロッドハンガー(10)は、
天井コンクリートに固定される全ねじボルト(11)、前記全ねじボルト(11)に上端が外接されて締結される管状調節部(12)、前記上部水平部(110)の中央に形成された貫通孔(111)に前記管状調節部(12)が貫通された状態で天井の方へ前記貫通孔(111)から抜け出ないように前記管状調節部(12)の下端に前記貫通孔(111)の大きさよりも大きい外径を以て固定外接されたフランジ13が備えられて管状調節部(12)の回転で高さが調節できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天井軽量鉄骨構造メインキャリアの装着手段。 - 前記管状調節部(12)は上部に全ねじボルト(11)の安全結合を確認するための観察貫通孔14が備えられ、全ねじボルト(11)を加圧、固定することができるナット型孔(15)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の天井軽量鉄骨構造メインキャリアの装着手段。
- 前記管状調節部(12)のねじ加工部(12a)よりも下側に位置された前記管状調節部(12)の内周面の内径が前記ねじ加工部(12a)の内径よりも大きくなっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の天井軽量鉄骨構造メインキャリアの装着手段。
- 固定片(157)はロッドハンガー(10)の下端を支える上部固定片(157a)とメインキャリア(2)の上部移動を防止する下部固定片(157b)とで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天井軽量鉄骨構造メインキャリアの装着手段。
- ロッドハンガー(10)に装着される上部水平部(110)と、
前記上部水平部(110)の一端に上端が一体に結合され、下端がメインキャリア(2)の高さよりも長い長さを有するように重力方向で下へ伸びたメイン起立部(120)と、
前記メイン起立部(120)の下端で一端が一体に結合され、他端がメインキャリア(2)の横幅の幅で形成されてメインキャリア(2)が安着される下部パネル(130)と、
下部パネル(130)の他端に続いて、上部水平部(110)の他端方向に開放空間が形成されるように伸びた離脱防止締付片(150)と、を含み、
前記離脱防止締付片(150)は、前記上部水平部(110)の他端に向けて伸びる第1片(151)を含み、下端の一部分に前記第1片(151)が折曲可能となるように形成された切欠である第1切欠脆弱部(153)が構成されて離脱防止締付片(150)と上部水平部(110)が手作業で雌雄結合され、
メインキャリア離脱防止締付片(150)はメインキャリアの装着手段(100)の本体(B)と締結時に、メインキャリア離脱防止締付片(150)の第1片(151)の内面にはロッドハンガー(10)の下端部フランジ(13)の一面と接触するか、高さ調節用ナット(13a)の一面と接触するように上部固定片(157a)が備えられて、離脱防止締付片(150)と上部水平部(110)との雌雄結合時、管状調節部(12)またはナット(13a)の回転を防止することを特徴とする天井軽量鉄骨構造メインキャリアの装着手段。 - 上部水平部(110)はメインキャリア離脱防止締付片(150)との雄雌結合時、上部水平部(110)の他端一部に突出片(113)が一つ以上構成され、メインキャリア離脱防止締付片(150)には突出片(113)が対応して結合されるように締結具(158)が相互結合されるか、メイン起立部(120)の一部に締結具(158)が備えられ、メインキャリア離脱防止締付片の第1片(151)に突出片(113)が構成されて相互結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天井軽量鉄骨構造メインキャリアの装着手段。
- メインキャリア離脱防止締付片(150)はメインキャリア(2)の堅固な固定のために、第1切欠脆弱部(153)の影響を受けないメインキャリアの高さよりも低い下部起立部(140)が下部パネルの他端に結合されて上部水平部(110)の他端を向けて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天井軽量鉄骨構造メインキャリアの装着手段。
