Description
本願は、韓国特許出願第10-2020-0023798号(出願日:2020年2月26日)に基づくパリ条約4条の優先権主張を伴ったものであり、本願発明は、当該韓国特許出願に開示された内容に基づくものである。参考のために、当該韓国特許出願の明細書及び図面の内容は本願明細書の一部に包摂されるものである。
本発明は以下の態様を提案することができる。
〔1〕 バッテリーパックであって、
電気エネルギーを生成する複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを電気的に接続するリードフレームと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち少なくとも1つの状態を測定するセンサーと、
前記センサーと前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち少なくとも1つを接続する配線部材と、を備えてなり、
前記配線部材は、
配線部分と、
前記配線部分より狭い幅を有するヒューズ部分と、を備える、バッテリーパック。
〔2〕 前記ヒューズ部分の幅は、前記配線部分の幅に対して10%乃至20%である、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔3〕 前記ヒューズ部の幅は、0.05mm乃至0.12mmである、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔4〕 前記配線部分の厚さは前記ヒューズ部分の厚さと同一である、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔5〕
前記ヒューズ部分の長さは前記配線部分の長さより短い、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔6〕 前記配線部分の長さは、前記配線部分の長さに対して10%乃至30%である、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔7〕 前記ヒューズ部の少なくとも一部は、互いに隣接する前記バッテリーセル間の領域と重なるように配置される、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔8〕 前記バッテリーセルは第1方向に延長され、前記ヒューズ部分は前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に延長される、〔7〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔9〕 前記ヒューズ部分は複数であり、
前記複数のヒューズ部分は、前記配線部材の幅方向において重なり、
前記複数のヒューズ部分の幅の和は、前記配線部分の幅より小さい、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔10〕 前記ヒューズ部分は、前記配線部材の長さ方向と平行方向に延長される、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔11〕 前記ヒューズ部分はウェーブ形状を有する、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔12〕 前記配線部分は、
第1配線部分と第2配線部分を備え、
前記ヒューズ部分は、前記第1配線部分と前記第2配線部分との間に位置して前記第1配線部分と前記第2配線部分を接続する、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔13〕 前記第1配線部分の一端は前記センサーと接続され、前記第2配線部分の一端は前記バッテリーセルの電極に接続される、〔12〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔14〕 前記配線部材は、前記バッテリーセルのセルハウジングの材質と同一の材質を備える、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔15〕 前記配線部材はニッケル(Ni)を備える、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔16〕 前記センサーが位置する回路基板を更に備える、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔17〕 前記リードフレームは前記回路基板と接続される、〔16〕に記載のバッテリーパック。
〔18〕 前記複数のバッテリーセルと前記リードフレーム、前記センサー及び前記配線部材を収容するパックハウジングを更に備える、〔1〕に記載のバッテリーパック。

Claims (18)
- バッテリーパックであって、
電気エネルギーを生成する複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを電気的に接続するリードフレームと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち少なくとも1つの状態を測定するセンサーと、
前記センサーと前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち少なくとも1つを接続する配線部材と、を備えてなり、
前記配線部材は、
配線部分と、
前記配線部分より狭い幅を有するヒューズ部分と、を備え、
前記ヒューズ部分の少なくとも一部は、互いに隣接する前記バッテリーセル間の領域と重なるように配置される、バッテリーパック。 - 前記ヒューズ部分の幅は、前記配線部分の幅に対して10%乃至20%である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズ部分の幅は、0.05mm乃至0.12mmである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記配線部分の厚さは前記ヒューズ部分の厚さと同一である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズ部分の長さは前記配線部分の長さより短い、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズ部分の長さは、前記配線部分の長さに対して10%乃至30%である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
