- 前記突出部は、断面積が前記内壁から前記コイルに向けて外側に向かうほど狭くなり、前記突出部と前記コイルとの間で線接触をなす、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記突出部の高さは、0.01mm~0.2mmである、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記コイルの断面形状は、円形または多角形の形状である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記加熱体の温度を測定する温度センサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記加熱体の下端部には、長手方向に沿って中空が形成され、
接触式温度センサが、前記中空の上端部近くの前記加熱体の内面上に位置される、請求項8に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 請求項1~9のうちいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル生成装置と、
前記エアロゾル生成装置に収容されるシガレットと、を含むエアロゾル生成システム。 - 誘導磁場によって発熱する強磁性体を含む加熱体を形成する段階と、
前記加熱体を支持する支持部を形成する段階と、
前記加熱体及び前記支持部を焼結によって一体型に成形する段階と、
前記支持部の周囲に内壁を、射出によって一体型に成形する段階と、を含むエアロゾル生成装置を製造する方法。 - 前記加熱体と前記支持部とを成形する前、前記加熱体を前記支持部に押入する段階をさらに含む、請求項11に記載のエアロゾル生成装置を製造する方法。
- 外壁が前記内壁の外側に配置され、前記内壁から離隔されるように、前記内壁と前記外壁とを一体型に成形する段階と、
前記内壁と前記外壁との間に形成された空間に、誘導磁場を発生させるコイルを配置する段階と、をさらに含む、請求項11または12に記載のエアロゾル生成装置を製造する方法。
