Description
図1に示すように、車両に搭載される内燃機関10は、ピストン11が往復動可能に収容された気筒12を備えている。ピストン11は、コネクティングロッド13を介してクランク軸14に連結されている。そして、気筒12内でのピストン11の往復動がクランク軸14の回転運動に変換される。
(ロ)三元触媒23の昇温が要求されていること。上述のように本実施形態では、フィルタ24に堆積している粒子状物質の燃焼浄化を目的とした三元触媒23の昇温のために燃料導入処理を実施するようにしている。CPU27Aは、内燃機関10の運転状態からフィルタ24に堆積している粒子状物質の量を推定しており、その推定量が一定の値を超えたときに三元触媒23の昇温を要求している。
図4に、本実施形態における燃料導入処理の実施態様の一例を示す。同図では、時刻t1から時刻t3までの期間、燃料カット実行フラグがセットされており、その間、内燃機関10の燃焼運転は停止した状態でクランク軸14は回転している。
・非燃焼点火時期AOPinjとして、圧縮上死点後180°(排気下死点)の時期を設定したが、筒内圧が上記点火要求圧αよりも低い期間内の時期であれば、他の時期を設定してもよい。
Claims (2)
- 燃料噴射弁と、前記燃料噴射弁が噴射した燃料を含む混合気が導入される気筒と、前記気筒に導入された混合気を火花放電により点火する点火プラグと、前記気筒内から排出されたガスが流れる排気通路と、前記排気通路に設けられた三元触媒と、を備える内燃機関に適用されて、
前記内燃機関のクランク軸が回転している状態において、前記燃料噴射弁の燃料噴射及び前記点火プラグの火花放電を停止して前記内燃機関の燃焼運転を停止させる燃料カット処理と、前記内燃機関のクランク軸が回転している状態において、前記燃料噴射弁が噴射した燃料を含む混合気を前記気筒で燃焼させずに前記排気通路に導入する燃料導入処理と、を実行する制御装置であって、
前記点火プラグの火花放電を実施しても前記気筒で混合気が燃焼しない期間内の時期を非燃焼点火時期としたときに、前記燃料導入処理の実行中は前記非燃焼点火時期に前記点火プラグの火花放電を実施する放電処理を実行し、
前記燃料導入処理を、前記燃料カット処理で前記排気通路内から既燃ガスの掃気がなされた後に実行する
内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記非燃焼点火時期として、前記気筒の筒内圧が混合気の点火に必要な最低圧よりも低くなる期間内の時期が設定されている
