Conventionally, various nondestructive inspection devices have been developed and disclosed. For example,
However, the change cannot be detected unless the timing for detecting the change in the magnetic flux is appropriate. The timing of this detection differs depending on the shape, thickness and material of the object to be inspected. Even a nondestructive inspection apparatus that is optimal for one inspected object may be a nondestructive inspection apparatus that is not suitable for another inspected object.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a non-destructive inspection apparatus capable of inspecting an object to be inspected at appropriate timing.
A nondestructive inspection apparatus of the present invention is a nondestructive inspection apparatus for an object to be inspected. Optimal inspection can be performed according to the object to be inspected.
A nondestructive inspection apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The
A
The pulse
The eddy current flowing in the inspected
An induced voltage V2 occurs in the secondary coil 16 both when the pulse current I1 is turned on and when it is turned off, but this application utilizes the induced voltage V2 when the pulse current I1 is turned off. The induced voltage V2 generated in the secondary
Induced voltage V2 of secondary
The
When using the
Since surface cracks 34 are the same as those of the commonly used AC method, only back
The
The
A time
Adjust the sampling instant setting at which the pulse voltage sampled from the changing voltage of the
The induced voltage V2 of the secondary
The outputs of the
A
The analog zero -
As shown in FIG. 6, the analog zero-
Before inspecting the
An
The analog zero
The output VO of
As described above, according to the present invention, the set voltage and the sampling time can be changed, so that the user can change the settings as appropriate so that the
As mentioned above, although one embodiment was described about this application, this application is not limited to the said embodiment. For example, it may be a circuit that can change only either the set voltage or the sampling time. A circuit using only one of the
A rod-shaped
The voltage or time at which the difference between V2 and V2X in FIG . 4 or 5 is the largest may be automatically obtained. For example, the surface of the object to be inspected 32 is scanned by the
The analog zero
If the output of the analog zero-
A miniature camera may be attached to the
The
When the
The output V2 of the secondary
The second
The
The
The
The inverting
As in FIG. 1, the analog zero-
As in the
In a circuit composed of these resistors R5, R6, R7 and R8, if R5=R6 and R7=R8, the voltage on the output side does not change with respect to the voltage change on the input side. By connecting a capacitor C2 in parallel with the third resistor R7 in this, the capacitor C2 and the fourth resistor R8 form a differentiating
