Description
固定されたセンサの情報のみに基づいて汚染度を判定すると、エリア内の汚染状態に偏りがある場合には、エリア全体の環境改善ができない場合が生じ得る。移動可能な車両に搭載されたセンサを用いることで、エリア内のより広い範囲の汚染状態を検出することが可能となるため、エリア全体を適切に環境汚染状態を改善することが可能となる。
図1は、本実施の形態に従う車両情報通信システム10の全体構成の概略図である。
図2は、図1の車両100およびサーバ200の詳細を説明するためのブロック図である。図2を参照して、車両100は、環境汚染物質を検出するセンサ部110および当該環境汚染物質を除去可能な環境改善装置120に加えて、制御装置130と、記憶部140と、位置検出部150と、通信部160と、入力部170と、自動運転制御部180とをさらに備える。
図3は、制御対象の車両100の台数が比較的少ない場合(すなわちサーバ200の負荷が低い場合)に採用される、第1通信モード(以下、「モードI」とも称する。)における通信の概要を説明するための図である。図3を参照して、モードIにおいては、サーバ200は各車両100と個別に通信を行なう。モードIでは、サーバ200が各車両100から情報を直接取得するため、サーバ200は、システム全体の監視をリアルタイムで行なうことができるというメリットがある。
図5は、サーバで200実行される、通信モードの切換制御を説明するためのフローチャートである。図5および後述する図10,11,13に示されるフローチャートは、所定周期あるいは所定の条件が成立した場合に、車両100の制御装置130あるいはサーバ200の制御部210に格納されたプログラムがメインルーチンから呼び出されて実行される。あるいは、フローチャートの一部または全部のステップについては、専用のハードウェア(電子回路)で処理を実現することも可能である。
次に、各通信モードにおける制御の詳細を説明する。まず、モードIについて説明する。
通信モードとしてモードIIが選択された場合は、自車両が代表車両であるか否かによって制御内容が異なる。代表車両として選択された車両は、エリア内の他の車両についての指令も含んだ制御指令をサーバ200から受信し、車車間通信を用いて当該他の車両の各々に対して指令を送信する。また、代表車両は、エリア内の車両間で共有されるデータを収集してサーバ200へ送信する。
Claims (4)
- 環境汚染物質による汚染状態を検出するセンサと、
前記環境汚染物質を除去する環境改善装置を搭載した複数の車両と、
第1通信モードおよび第2通信モードのいずれかの通信モードを用いて前記複数の車両と通信を行なうことが可能に構成されたサーバとを備え、
前記第1通信モードは、前記サーバが前記複数の車両の各々と個別に情報の授受を行なう通信モードであり、
前記第2通信モードは、前記サーバが前記複数の車両のうちの一部の車両と情報の授受を行なうとともに、前記複数の車両の間で車車間通信を用いて情報を共有する通信モードであり、
前記サーバは、前記複数の車両との間の通信負荷がしきい値よりも低い場合には前記第1通信モードに切換えて通信を行ない、前記通信負荷が前記しきい値よりも高い場合には前記第2通信モードに切換えて通信を行ない、
前記サーバは、前記第2通信モードで通信を行なう場合に、前記サーバと通信を行なう代表車両を各エリアごとに決定し、
前記代表車両は、前記第2通信モードでの通信の際に、前記サーバからの情報を当該エリア内の他の車両に車車間通信により送信するとともに、当該エリア内の車両の間で共有される情報を前記サーバに送信し、
前記センサは、前記複数の車両の各々に備えられており、
前記サーバは、前記複数の車両の位置情報および前記センサにより検出された汚染状態の情報を受信し、前記位置情報および前記汚染状態の情報を用いて、前記エリアごとに前記環境汚染物質による汚染度を算出し、
前記サーバは、前記環境汚染物質による汚染度が基準値を超える場合に、前記複数の車両のうちから当該エリア内の前記環境汚染物質を除去可能な前記環境改善装置を搭載した車両を選択し、選択された車両を当該エリアに移動させるとともに、前記環境改善装置を用いて環境改善動作を実行させる指令を出力する、環境改善システム。 - 前記サーバは、前記環境改善動作を実行させる車両の台数が基準台数より少ない場合には前記第1通信モードで通信を行ない、前記台数が前記基準台数より多い場合には前記第2通信モードで通信を行なう、請求項1に記載の環境改善システム。

前記第1通信モードは、前記サーバが前記複数の車両の各々と個別に情報の授受を行なう通信モードであり、
前記第2通信モードは、前記サーバが前記複数の車両のうちの一部の車両と情報の授受を行なうとともに、前記複数の車両の間で車車間通信を用いて情報を共有する通信モードであり、
前記サーバは、前記複数の車両との間の通信負荷がしきい値よりも低い場合には前記第1通信モードに切換えて通信を行ない、前記通信負荷が前記しきい値よりも高い場合には前記第2通信モードに切換えて通信を行ない、
前記サーバは、前記第2通信モードで通信を行なう場合に、前記サーバと通信を行なう代表車両を各エリアごとに決定し、
前記代表車両は、前記第2通信モードでの通信の際に、前記サーバからの情報を当該エリア内の他の車両に車車間通信により送信するとともに、当該エリア内の車両の間で共有される情報を前記サーバに送信し、
前記サーバは、前記複数の車両の位置情報および前記センサにより検出された汚染状態の情報を受信し、前記位置情報および前記汚染状態の情報を用いて、前記エリアごとに前記環境汚染物質による汚染度を算出し、
前記サーバは、前記汚染度が基準値を超える場合に、前記複数の車両のうちから当該エリア内の前記環境汚染物質を除去可能な前記環境改善装置を搭載した車両を選択し、選択された車両を当該エリアに移動させるとともに、前記環境改善装置を用いて環境改善動作を実行させる指令を出力する、サーバ。
