Claims (4)
- X線撮像用の検出器システムであって、前記検出器システムは、複数の隣接するエッジオン検出器モジュールを有する検出器を備え、
・各々の前記エッジオン検出器モジュールが、X線源に向かって配向されるように適合された第1縁部と、入射X線の方向と実質的に平行に伸びる前面とを備え、前記前面が、少なくとも1つの電荷収集電極と、前記電荷収集電極をフロントエンドエレクトロニクスと接続する複数のルーティングトレースとを備え、
・前記複数の隣接するエッジオン検出器モジュールの少なくとも1つのサブセットが、前面と前面とで2つを組にして配置され、前記組にして配置された隣接するエッジオン検出器モジュールの前面間に、前面間の間隙が画定され、
・前記組にして配置された隣接するエッジオン検出器モジュールの各組が、前記X線源と前記エッジオン検出器モジュールとの間のX線経路に配置された散乱防止コリメータに関連付けられており、かつ前記前面間のギャップに重なっており、前記散乱防止コリメータが、直接入射するX線から前記組にして配置された隣接するエッジオン検出器モジュールの前面体積が保護されるように配置され、
・前記組にして配置された隣接エッジオン検出器モジュールの各組が、前記前面間の間隙内に位置する散乱防止フォイルを有し、
前記エッジオン検出器モジュールが、半導体材料のエッジオン検出器モジュールを含み、
前記組にして配置されたエッジオン検出器モジュールの少なくとも1つのエッジオン検出器モジュールの後面が、対応するエッジオン検出器モジュールの後面に面するように配置されて、前記エッジオン検出器モジュールと前記対応するエッジオン検出器モジュールとの間に後面間の間隙が形成され、前記後面間の間隙が、減衰材料を備え、
前記減衰材料が、前記検出器モジュールに使用される前記半導体材料と実質的に同じ減衰特性を有する材料を含む、
検出器システム。 - 前記散乱防止コリメータが、高Z材料のコリメータを備える、請求項1に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記散乱防止フォイルが、高Z散乱防止フォイルを備える、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記半導体材料が、シリコンを含み、前記減衰材料が、シリコンを含む、請求項1に記載の検出器システム。
