Description
R1およびR2は、同一または異なっており、C1~C10-アルキル、好ましくはC1~C6-アルキル、より好ましくはC1~C4-アルキル、最も好ましくはC1~C2-アルキルである)
ポリエステル材料中の加水分解安定剤としての使用に関する。
圧力クッカー試験PCT
この種の試験は、高速トラックとしての(短期間の)加水分解抵抗性に関する情報を提供する。オートクレーブ前にサンプルを切断し、120℃および2バール(abs)で0,40,50時間保存した。各試験について、5つの試験サンプルを測定した。
この種の試験は、長期間のプロセスとしての加水分解抵抗性に関する情報を提供する。オートクレーブ処理の前に試料を切断し、各500時間の試験結果を測定した後、85℃および常圧で5000時間まで保存した。
引張り試験は、ISO527-1/2に準拠した100mmのアルミニウムクランプで処理して、破断点伸びおよび引張強度を得た。結果は、5回の測定値の平均値である。
-ε<0.25%:1mm/分
-ε>0.25%:100mm/分
●破断保持時の伸びを測定して、x時間のオートクレーブ後のフィルムの脆化の兆候を示す:
固有粘度はポリマーの分子量の固有の関数であるので、固有粘度(I.V.)の測定を用いてポリマーの分子量を測定した。高圧窒素ガスを使用して較正されたダイを通して押し出された溶融状態において、溶融粘度測定のため、例えば、PETのために、Davenport粘度計を用いてI.V.を検出した。
標準粘度S.V.はDIN 53726に基づく。25℃のウベローデ(Ubbelohde)粘度計でジクロロ酢酸(DCA)中の1%溶液の相対粘度ηrelを測定することによる。S.V.値は次のように定義される:
S.V.=(ηrel-1)・1000S.V.=(ηrel-.1)×1000
以下の材料が使用される:
PET1:(XPURE 4004、Invista、I.V.0.63)
PET2:regranulat RT4027(Invista/Erema)
PET3:RAMAPET R 180 GR BB(Indorama Plastics)
PC(ポリカーボネート):(Trirex 3022PJ(01)Entec)
加水分解安定剤:DMT(ジメチルテレフタレート)
UV吸収剤:2-(4,6-ジフェニル-1,3,5-トリアジン-2-イル)-5-ヘキシルオキシ-フェノール(TINUVIN 1577 ED、BASF)
ABAの構造を有する3層フィルムを製造した。コア層Bの組成は、53%PET1、15%PET2、2%MBHS、30%MBUVからなる。外側層Aは、67%PET1、3%MBHS、30%MBUVからなる。使用したPETを100~170℃で予備乾燥した。メインの押出機には~10mbarの真空を装備した。共押出機には~20mbarの真空を装備した。
ABAの構造を有する3層フィルムを製造した。コア層Bの組成は、45%PET1、25%PET2、30%MBUVからなる。外層Aは70%のPET1、30%のMBUVからなる。使用したPETを100~170℃で予備乾燥した。メインの押出機には~10mbarの真空を装備した。共押出機には~20mbarの真空を装備した。
Claims (11)
- 式(1)の化合物がテレフタル酸ジメチル、テレフタル酸ジエチル、テレフタル酸ジプロピル、テレフタル酸ジブチル、テレフタル酸ジペンチル、テレフタル酸ジヘキシル、テレフタル酸ジヘプチル、テレフタル酸ジオクチル、テレフタル酸ジノニルまたはテレフタル酸ジデシルである請求項1~2のいずれか一つに記載の使用。
- 式(1)の化合物がテレフタル酸ジメチルである、請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載の使用。
- 式(1)の化合物の割合が、安定化されたポリエステル材料の質量に基づいて0.1~20.0質量%である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 式(1)の化合物の割合が、安定化されたポリエステル材料の質量に基づいて1.0~10.0質量%である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 式(1)の化合物の割合が、安定化されたポリエステル材料の質量に基づいて1.5~5.0質量%である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 式(1)の化合物が、ラジカル捕捉剤、光安定剤、熱安定剤、難燃剤、顔料、染料、酸化防止剤、抗菌剤、中和剤、帯電防止剤、ブロッキング防止剤、蛍光増白剤、重金属不活性化剤、疎水剤、過酸化物、水捕捉剤、酸捕捉剤、ハイドロタルサイト、エラストマー、耐衝撃性改良剤、レーザーマーキング添加剤、加工助剤、およびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択されるさらなる添加剤と組み合わせて使用される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 式(1)の化合物がUV吸収剤と組み合わせて使用される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 式(1)の化合物がマスターバッチの形態で使用される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- ポリエステル材料がフィルムまたはシートの形態である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
