Claims (8)
- 空気圧シリンダのヘッド側への圧力供給による、工作物に対するフロードリルねじ止めの機械的な接合プロセスを制御する方法において、
前記ヘッド側と反対側のロッド側にパルス状の圧力を逆パルスとして生成することによってプロセスパラメータの実際曲線(23)の推移がプロセスパラメータの所定の目標曲線(21)の推移に近似され、
前記逆パルスは、前記フロードリルねじが前記工作物を貫通した後に前記ロッド側に生成され、
前記逆パルスの個数と長さ、およびそれぞれのパルスの間のポーズの長さが、プロセスパラメータと関連する、直接的に検出可能な少なくとも1つの量に依存して決定されることを特徴とする方法。 - プロセスパラメータと関連する、直接的に検出可能な少なくとも1つの前記量は力、ストローク、圧力、速度、トルク、時間、位置、回転数、回転角の各量から選択され、またはこれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パルスの長さと時間にわたってガスが圧力のもとで印加されることによって、前記シリンダ(1)のロッド側での圧力生成のために弁(11)の制御がパルス状に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

前記第2の弁(11)は離散した切換位置だけを許容するように構成され、それにより前記逆パルスを生成することができることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記装置は、プロセスパラメータと関連する、直接的に検出可能な少なくとも1つの量に依存して前記第2の弁をパルス状に制御し、複数の前記逆パルス(25)によってプロセスパラメータの実際曲線(23)の推移をプロセスパラメータの所定の目標曲線(21)の推移に近似させるように構成された評価・制御デバイスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- プロセスパラメータと関連する、直接的に検出可能な少なくとも1つの前記量は力、ストローク、圧力、速度、トルク、時間、位置、回転数、回転角の各量から選択可能であり、またはこれらの組み合わせから選択可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
