Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بوصف نظام مراقبة (500) لجهاز مشغل من نوع تشغيل/إيقاف (1) لتنشيط صمام لخطوط أنابيب المائع، ويتم تهيئة جهاز المشغل (1) لتحريك عضو صمام في الصمام المذكور بين موضع أول وموضع ثاني. يشتمل جهاز المشغل (1) على أسطوانة مائع واحدة على الأقل (6) تم تهيئتها للتحكم في حركة خطية لذراع مشغل (8). يشتمل نظام المراقبة (500) على مجموعة من المستشعرات المثبتة على جهاز المشغل (1) والتي تم تهيئتها للكشف عن مجموعة من متغيرات التشغيل لجهاز المشغل، ووحدة معالجة وتحكم إلكترونية (50). يتم تهيئة وحدة المعالجة والتحكم الإلكترونية (50) لنقل حركة دقيقة إلى عضو الصمام، للكشف عن الإشارات التي تشير إلى قيم متغيرات التشغيل المذكورة أثناء الحركة الدقيقة المذكورة لعضو الصمام، وكدالة للقيم المذكورة من متغيرات التشغيل المكتشفة المذكورة لتقدير ما إذا كان جهاز المشغل المذكور (1) قادرًا على تطبيق قيمة عزم أو قوة كافية لجعل عضو الصمام المذكور يؤدي الحركة بأكملها من الموضع الأول إلى الموضع الثاني. تشكل الحركة الدقيقة فقط بداية حركة العضو القابل للتحريك في الصمام، بما يتوافق فقط مع التغلب على حالات الخلوص الم
