Abstract
sistema de monitoramento para um dispositivo atuador liga/desliga, dispositivo atuador do tipo liga/desliga e método para monitorar, durante a operação, o estado de saúde de um dispositivo. um sistema de monitoramento (500) de um dispositivo atuador tipo liga/desliga (1) para ativar uma válvula para tubulações de fluido é descrito, o dispositivo atuador (1) sendo configurado para mover um elemento de válvula da referida válvula entre uma primeira posição e uma segunda posição. o dispositivo atuador (1) compreende pelo menos um cilindro de fluido (6) configurado para controlar um movimento linear de uma haste do atuador (8). o sistema de monitoramento (500) compreende uma pluralidade de sensores montados no dispositivo atuador (1) e configurados para detectar uma pluralidade de parâmetros operacionais do dispositivo atuador e uma unidade eletrônica de processamento e controle (50). a unidade de processamento e controle eletrônico (50) é configurada para transmitir um micromovimento ao elemento de válvula, para detectar sinais indicativos dos valores dos referidos parâmetros operacionais durante o referido micromovimento do elemento de válvula e em função dos referidos valores dos referidos parâmetros operacionais detectados para estimar se o referido dispositivo atuador (1) é capaz de aplicar um valor de torque ou força suficiente para fazer com que o referido elemento de válvula execute todo o movimento da primeira posição para a segunda posição. o micromovimento é tal que constitui apenas o início do movimento do elemento móvel da válvula, correspondendo apenas à superação das folgas mecânicas e dos efeitos dissipativos e de deformação internos ao atuador (1), e além disso é tal que não envolvem substancialmente qualquer alteração no fluxo de fluido controlado pela válvula. desta forma, é possível estimar o estado de saúde do dispositivo atuador (1) sem causar variações no fluxo de fluido através da referida válvula.
