Description
すなわち、本発明(1)は、導電性粉末(I)と、ガラスフリット(II)と、有機ビヒクル分(III)と、を含有する太陽電池電極形成用導電性ペーストであって、
前記ガラスフリット(II)として、少なくともガラスフリット成分(A)を含有し、
前記ガラスフリット成分(A)は、下記酸化物換算の合計モル数に対する含有割合で、
(a)テルル元素をTeO2換算で30~70モル%、
(b)タングステン元素をWO3換算で18~30モル%、
(c)亜鉛元素をZnO換算で5~30モル%、
(d)硼素元素をB2O3換算で1~15モル%、
(e)アルミニウム元素をAl2O3換算で0.3~5モル%、
(f)スカンジウム及びプロメチウムを除く希土類元素から選択される1種を、酸化物換算で0.3~7モル%、又はスカンジウム及びプロメチウムを除く希土類元素から選択される2種以上を、酸化物換算で各々0.3~7モル%且つ合計で10モル%以下、
(g)錫元素、リチウム元素及びバリウム元素からなる群から選択される1種を、SnO2換算、Li2O換算又はBaO換算で、0.1~7モル%、又は錫元素、リチウム元素及びバリウム元素からなる群から選択される2種以上を、SnO2換算、Li2O換算又はBaO換算で、各々0.1~7モル%且つ合計で10モル%以下、
を必須成分として含むガラスフリット成分であること、
を特徴とする太陽電池電極形成用導電性ペーストを提供するものである。
なお、以下において数値範囲を示す符号「~」は、特に断らない限り、符号「~」の前後に記載された数値を含む範囲を示す。つまり、〇~△とは、〇以上且つ△以下を表す。
また、本発明において、鉛を実質的に含まないとは、鉛成分を全く含有しない態様だけでなく、不可避不純物として鉛を僅か(例えば1000ppm以下)の範囲で含有する態様も含まれる。
更に「主成分」とは、その対象物において51質量%以上含まれる成分を言う。
また、本発明において、(f)元素には、スカンジウム及びプロメチウムは含まれず、具体的には、イットリウム、ランタン、セリウム、プロセオジム、ネオジム、サマリウム、ユーロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、ジスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イッテルビウム及びルテチウムからなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上の元素である。
(a)テルル元素をTeO2換算で30~70モル%、
(b)タングステン元素をWO3換算で18~30モル%、
(c)亜鉛元素をZnO換算で5~30モル%、
(d)硼素元素をB2O3換算で1~15モル%、
(e)アルミニウム元素をAl2O3換算で0.3~5モル%、
(f)スカンジウム及びプロメチウムを除く希土類元素から選択される1種を、酸化物換算で0.3~7モル%、又はスカンジウム及びプロメチウムを除く希土類元素から選択される2種以上を、酸化物換算で各々0.3~7モル%且つ合計で10モル%以下、
(g)錫元素、リチウム元素及びバリウム元素からなる群から選択される1種を、SnO2換算、Li2O換算又はBaO換算で、0.1~7モル%、又は錫元素、リチウム元素及びバリウム元素からなる群から選択される2種以上を、SnO2換算、Li2O換算又はBaO換算で、各々0.1~7モル%且つ合計で10モル%以下、
を必須成分として含むガラスフリット成分である。
FFの算出については、半導体基板上の測定点を変えて三回行い、その平均値を表3に記した。更に「((最大値-平均値)/平均値)×100」及び「((平均値-最小値)/平均値)×100」の数値をそれぞれ求め、大きい方の数値を「バラツキ」として表3に併記した。

Claims (6)
- 導電性粉末(I)と、ガラスフリット(II)と、有機ビヒクル(III)と、を含有する太陽電池電極形成用導電性ペーストであって、
前記ガラスフリット(II)として、少なくともガラスフリット成分(A)を含有し、
前記ガラスフリット成分(A)は、下記酸化物換算の合計モル数に対する含有割合で、
(a)テルル元素をTeO2換算で30~70モル%、
(b)タングステン元素をWO3換算で18~30モル%、
(c)亜鉛元素をZnO換算で5~30モル%、
(d)硼素元素をB2O3換算で1~15モル%、
(e)アルミニウム元素をAl2O3換算で0.3~5モル%、
(f)スカンジウム及びプロメチウムを除く希土類元素から選択される1種を、酸化物換算で0.3~7モル%、又はスカンジウム及びプロメチウムを除く希土類元素から選択される2種以上を、酸化物換算で各々0.3~7モル%且つ合計で10モル%以下、
(g)錫元素、リチウム元素及びバリウム元素からなる群から選択される1種を、SnO2換算、Li2O換算又はBaO換算で、0.1~7モル%、又は錫元素、リチウム元素及びバリウム元素からなる群から選択される2種以上を、SnO2換算、Li2O換算又はBaO換算で、各々0.1~7モル%且つ合計で10モル%以下、
を必須成分として含むガラスフリット成分であること、
を特徴とする太陽電池電極形成用導電性ペースト。 - 前記(f)希土類元素が、イットリウム、ランタン、セリウム、プロセオジム、ネオジム、サマリウム、ガドリニウム、ジスプロシウム、エルビウム及びイッテルビウムからなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽電池電極形成用導電性ペースト。
- 前記ガラスフリット成分(A)が、鉛を実質的に含まないガラスフリット成分からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の太陽電池電極形成用導電性ペースト。
- 前記ガラスフリット成分(A)が、下記酸化物換算の合計モル数に対する含有割合で、(a)テルル元素をTeO2換算で30~50モル%、(b)タングステン元素をWO3換算で18~27モル%、(c)亜鉛元素をZnO換算で10~25モル%、(d)硼素元素をB2O3換算で5~15モル%、(e)アルミニウム元素をAl2O3換算で0.3~3モル%、(f)スカンジウム及びプロメチウムを除く希土類元素から選択される1種を、酸化物換算で0.5~7モル%、又はスカンジウム及びプロメチウムを除く希土類元素から選択される2種以上を、酸化物換算で各々0.5~7モル%且つ合計で10モル%以下、(g)錫元素、リチウム元素及びバリウム元素からなる群から選択される1種を、SnO2換算、Li2O換算又はBaO換算で、0.3~7モル%、又は錫元素、リチウム元素及びバリウム元素からなる群から選択される2種以上を、SnO2換算、Li2O換算又はBaO換算で、各々0.3~7モル%且つ合計で10モル%以下、を必須元素として含むガラスフリット成分であることを特徴とする請求項1~3いずれか1項記載の太陽電池形成用導電性ペースト。
- 前記導電性粉末(I)が銀を含む金属粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1~4いずれか1項記載の太陽電池電極形成用導電性ペースト。
- 前記ガラスフリット成分(A)の含有量が、前記導電性粉末(I)100重量部に対して0.1~10重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1~5いずれか1項記載の太陽電池電極形成用導電性ペースト。
