Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の一形態である情報端末および入力手段について説明を行う。
次に上記入力手段を用いて、情報端末に情報を入力する方法について説明する。なお、本入力方法は、身体の一部(特に、上肢、手、指先)が自由に動かせない、あるいは指先の感覚が無いユーザが利用する想定で説明されるが、本入力方法のユーザはこれに限定されない。ユーザはキーボード、マウス、タッチパネルなどを用いた情報端末への情報の入力を行いつつ、本入力方法を用いてもよいし、ペンなどの筆記具による文章の作成と並行して、本入力方法を用いて情報端末に情報を入力してもよい。また、情報の入力にレーザ光を用いているため、情報端末から離れた位置から情報の入力を行ってもよい。
次に、入力手段のスイッチが、情報端末に有線または無線で接続されている形態について説明する。本形態では、スイッチの操作により、情報端末の表示部に設けられたセンサがレーザ発振器から出力されたレーザ光を検出し、情報端末への情報の入力を行う。
入力手段130に設けられたレーザ発振器107から出力されたレーザ光105は、情報端末101の表示部103に設けられたセンサにて検出される。また、スイッチ111の操作により、レーザ光105が照射されたセンサから情報端末へ情報が入力される。
本実施の形態では、本発明に用いることができる情報端末の表示部の回路構成について図13乃至図16を参照して説明する。本実施の形態では、表示部に設けられるセンサとしてフォトセンサを用いる例を示す。当該フォトセンサにて、入力手段から出力されるレーザ光を検出する。
次に、図17を用いて、図14および図15におけるフォトセンサ156の回路構成の変形例について説明する。
トランジスタに用いる半導体材料は特に限定されない。シリコンや、金属化合物、あるいは金属酸化物を用いることができる。
以下では、本発明の一態様で開示されるトランジスタに用いることができるCAC(Cloud-Aligned Composite)-OSの構成について説明する。
本実施の形態では、本発明に用いることができる情報端末の表示部の構造について、図18および図19を用いて説明する。本実施の形態において、表示部はフォトセンサと表示素子を有している。図18において、表示素子は液晶素子であり、図19において、表示素子は発光素子である。
図18は、表示素子として液晶素子を有する液晶表示装置の断面の一例を示す図である。フォトセンサ2003が入力手段からのレーザ光105に照射されている状態を示している。
次に、表示素子として発光素子を有するエレクトロルミネセンス表示装置(以下、「EL表示装置」という。)について説明する。
図20に、本発明の一態様の表示装置600を示す。表示装置600は、表示素子に自発光型の表示素子と、外光を利用する表示素子を有し、所謂ハイブリッド表示が可能なハイブリッドディスプレイである。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の情報端末に適用可能な電子機器について図21乃至図23を用いて説明する。
Claims (4)
- レーザ光が照射された位置を検出する機能を有する表示部を有し、
人工知能によって前記レーザ光が照射された位置から前記レーザ光のブレを学習し、入力位置を予測し、
前記予測した入力位置にポインタを表示する情報端末。 - 請求項1において、
学習した前記ブレからパターンを抽出し、ユーザを特定する機能を有する情報端末。 - 請求項1または請求項2の情報端末と、入力手段と、を有し、
前記入力手段は、ユーザの頭部に装着される支持体と、レーザ発振器と、を有し、
前記レーザ光は、前記レーザ発振器から照射される入力支援システム。 - 請求項3において、
前記支持体は、眼鏡、帽子、ヘルメットまたはヘッドギアのいずれか一からなる入力支援システム。
