Claims (5)
- 解剖学的フィーチャに対して介入医療装置を展開する医療装置展開システムにおいて、前記システムが、
第1のハンドル及び第2のハンドルを有する本体と、
前記本体を通ることができ、ルーメンを含むガイドワイヤと、
前記ガイドワイヤ内の前記ルーメンを通る光学的形状感知(OSS)システムと、
プロセッサ及びメモリを含むワークステーションと、
を有し、
前記メモリが、前記OSSシステムからの光学的形状感知データを解釈する光学的形状感知モジュールを有し、
前記プロセッサが、前記OSSシステムを前記介入医療装置に対して位置合わせし、前記光学的形状感知データに基づいて、前記介入医療装置の形状、位置又は向きの少なくとも1つを測定し、
前記第1のハンドルが、前記ハンドルの形状テンプレートを通る前記OSSシステムの既知の形状によって前記OSSシステムと位置合わせされ、
前記第2のハンドルが、前記ガイドワイヤの近位端を出る前記OSSシステムを前記第2のハンドル上の取り付け位置に取り付けることによって前記OSSシステムと位置合わせされ、
前記プロセッサは、前記光学的形状感知データに基づいて、前記第1のハンドルのテンプレート位置及び前記第2のハンドル上の前記取り付け位置の相対的な位置を測定する、
展開システム。 - 前記本体を前記ガイドワイヤにクランプするクランプ機構を有する、請求項1に記載の展開システム。
- 前記本体と前記ガイドワイヤとの間の回転を測定する回転測定装置を有する、請求項1に記載の展開システム。
- エンドグラフトと、
前記ガイドワイヤと前記エンドグラフトとの間の位置合わせを可能にするように前記ガイドワイヤ上に配置される放射線不透過マーカと、
を有する、請求項1に記載の展開システム。 - 前記取り付け位置が、前記OSSシステムを前記展開システムの前記第2のハンドルに取り付ける少なくとも1つのクリップ留め取り付け部である、請求項1に記載の展開システム。
