Description
Claims (26)
- 炭化水素井戸の坑井をケーシングする方法であって、
炭化水素井戸の坑井内に複数のノズルを含むケーシングプリントヘッドを配置するステップと、
ダウンホールケーシング作業を行うステップであって、
前記ケーシングプリントヘッドを操作して前記ノズルの第2のサブセットからケーシング材料を噴出して前記坑井内にケーシング管状部材を形成することと、
前記ケーシングプリントヘッドを操作して前記ケーシング管状部材と前記坑井の壁との間に位置する環状領域内に前記ノズルの第1のサブセットからケーシングライナー材料を噴出して前記環状領域内にケーシングライナーを形成することであって、前記ケーシング管状部材と前記ケーシングライナーが前記坑井のケーシングを形成することと、
を含む、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ダウンホールケーシング作業は、前記坑井の長さに沿って前記ケーシングプリントヘッドを前進させることと、前記坑井の前記長さに沿って前記ケーシング材料および前記ケーシングライナー材料を噴出し、前記坑井の前記長さに沿って前記ケーシングを形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー材料は、前記ノズルの前記第1のサブセットから、前記ケーシング材料は、前記ノズルの前記第2のサブセットから、同時に噴出される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ダウンホールケーシング作業は、前記ケーシングに穿孔を形成することを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングに穿孔を形成することは、前記ケーシングプリントヘッドを操作してケーシング管状部材およびケーシングライナーを横切って延在する連続した空隙を形成することを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングプリントヘッドを操作して前記ケーシング管状部材およびケーシングライナーを横切って延在する連続した空隙を形成することは、前記ケーシングプリントヘッドを操作して使い捨て材料を堆積させて、前記ケーシング管状部材および前記ケーシングライナーを横切って延在する前記連続した空隙を画定することを含み、本方法はさらに、
使い捨て材料を除去することを含む穿孔作業を行うこと、
を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記使い捨て材料は溶解可能材料を含み、前記穿孔作業は、前記溶解可能材料を、前記溶解可能材料を溶解するように構成された物質に曝露することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシング材料が金属材料を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシング材料が鋼を含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー材料がセメント質材料を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー材料がケーシングセメントを含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 坑井ケーシングシステムであって、
炭化水素井戸の坑井内に配置されるように構成された複数のノズルを含むケーシングプリントヘッドであって、
前記ノズルの第2サブセットからケーシング材料を噴出して前記坑井内にケーシング管状部材を形成し、
前記ノズルの第1サブセットからケーシングライナー材料を前記ケーシング管状部材と前記坑井の壁との間に位置する環状領域に噴出し、前記環状領域にケーシングライナーを形成し、前記ケーシング管状部材と前記ケーシングライナーが坑井のケーシングを形成するように構成される、ケーシングプリントヘッドを含む、システム。 - 前記ケーシングプリントヘッドは、前記坑井の長さに沿って前進され、前記坑井の長さに沿って前記ケーシング材料および前記ケーシングライナー材料を噴出して前記坑井の長さに沿って前記ケーシングを形成するように構成される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングプリントヘッドが、前記ノズルの前記第1のサブセットから前記ケーシングライナー材料を、前記ノズルの前記第2のサブセットから前記ケーシング材料を、同時に噴出するように構成される、請求項12または請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記ダウンホールケーシング作業は、前記ケーシングに穿孔を形成することを含む、請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングに穿孔を形成することは、前記ケーシング管状部材および前記ケーシングライナーを横切って延在する連続した空隙を形成することを含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシング管状部材および前記ケーシングライナーを横切って延在する連続した空隙を形成することは、使い捨て材料を堆積させて、前記ケーシング管状部材および前記ケーシングライナーを横切って延在する前記連続した空隙を画定することを含み、前記使い捨て可能材料は、除去可能である、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記使い捨て材料は、溶解可能な材料を含む、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシング材料が金属材料を含む、請求項12~18のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシング材料は鋼を含む、請求項12~19のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングライナー材料はセメント質材料を含む、請求項12~20のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングライナー材料はケーシングセメントを含む、請求項12~21のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 炭化水素井戸の坑井をライニングする方法であって、
炭化水素井戸の坑井内に複数のノズルを含むライナープリントヘッドを配置するステップと、
ダウンホールライニング作業を行うステップであって、
前記ライニングプリントヘッドを操作して前記ノズルの第2のサブセットから管状部材材料を噴出して前記坑井内に管状部材を形成することと、
ライニングプリントヘッドを操作して前記ノズルの第1のサブセットから前記管状部材と前記坑井の壁との間に位置する環状領域内にライナー材料を噴出して、環状領域内に、坑井内のケーシングライナーを形成することであって、前記管状部材およびケーシングライナーは坑井内にライニング管状部材を形成することと、を含むステップ、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ダウンホールライニング作業は、前記坑井の長さに沿って前記ライニングプリントヘッドを前進させることと、前記坑井の長さに沿って前記管状部材材料および前記ライニング材料を噴出して前記坑井の前記長さに沿って前記ケーシングを形成することを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記管状部材材料が金属を含み、前記ライニング材料がセメント質材料を含む、請求項23または請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記ライナー材料は、前記ノズルの前記第1のサブセットから、前記管状部材は、前記ノズルの前記第2のサブセットから、同時に噴出される、請求項23~25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
